Good experience. Check-in was fast and smooth. Rooms were clean, nice, and spacious. Location is close to Simpang Lima, with plenty of culinary options nearby. The only downside is the lack of a swimming pool. Otherwise, everything is great.

Strategic location near the city center for culinary tourism. Comfortable, clean rooms with cool air conditioning. The receptionists are friendly and very helpful, and they're all beautiful, hehehe.

The room was clean and cozy, the food was delicious, and the breakfast was also good. Parking was a bit tricky, but the service was also smooth, but overall it was okay.

The hotel is really good, it's new, clean, the food is okay. Just a bit disappointed, I asked for an extra bed well in advance, they said I had to pay first. When asked for a proforma invoice to be paid, they said it was okay to pay at check-in. An hour before arriving, I WhatsApped that I was on my way, asking for an extra bed to be set, but it turned out that when I arrived at the hotel it wasn't there. They said it wouldn't take long to set it up but it took a long time. So it was pointless for us to inform them in advance via WhatsApp. Everything else is okay, but the ones in the FO/reservation need to be paid more attention.
