The location is not far from the shores of Lake Toba and the city center. The rooms are clean.

PROS: The rooms are quite modern, the service is friendly. CONS: There's a loud noise from the parking lot right in front of the hotel until 11 PM, which is quite annoying. There's no water heater in the room. Parking should be provided with a canopy. There's a problem with the bathroom's water supply. Breakfast is cheap and cheerful, just rice packets.

The location is near Lapo so people can hear karaoke until 12 at night. During our stay the hotel's local electricity went out more than 3 times. There is no breakfast, the breakfast referred to in the advertisement is the provision of 2 pcs of bread and is given at check-in.
