The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during the check-in process.

Hopefully in the future there will be accommodation for breakfast.

Friendly service, the room does not match the photo

The atmosphere is comfortable, but it's a shame the hotel isn't well-maintained and a bit gloomy. It's definitely uncomfortable for those with a weak conscience. It's a shame such a good asset is being wasted, even though it wasn't released that long ago.

The photo I saw when I arrived was very different. It was clean, there was no slum, like an old, uninhabited house or building. I arrived, checked in, and after opening my room, I immediately left after just 2 minutes because I felt uncomfortable.

There are no toiletries, the bathroom water was intermittent & the hot water did not work. The mattress was also uncomfortable & the springs were already protruding (executive room). Too bad, even though the location is strategic & the view is good.. But the facilities are very very very inadequate

The room is a bit dirty, starting from the towels which are already dull and dirty, there is no soap available, there are many minuses 🙏 Disappointed

It's good, but at first the TV in room number 8 couldn't be turned on, then when I moved to room number 7, the TV was ok.... It's great, but it should be upgraded to LG so I can get Aqua 😆😆😆

The staff is okay, but if you want to color the room, don't use dark colors because dark rooms are hard to take care of, at most bright colors or white so it doesn't feel scary lol. Overall the room is spacious, the bathroom is okay, but the sink doesn't turn on, the hot water is okay, but you have to wait a long time because of the system. The view is quite cool. Maybe there should be a solution for the noisy motorbikes at night, hopefully it can be improved again, thanks
