The location is super strategic in Bandung downtown, you can reach many viral places in Bandung city under 10 minutes drive. We took the loft room, it's spacious, the window is memorable especially in the morning, you can sit there with warm sunrise. Improvement for cleanliness, we found group of red ants and the existing towel need to be change (fleece and hollow towel), however the new fresh towel came the next morning. Improvement for soundproof, we can accept the sound of car/motorbike due to the room close to street, however at 11 pm we still hear an acceptable noise from other room, hopefully the hotel can improve the visitor respect awareness. Oh once more, the receptionist kept my ID card and returned at check out time, this is never happened in other hotels.

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and conveniently located. It's conveniently close to everything. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and it has a rooftop with 24/7 free access for dining or simply taking in the view. The only downside is the pillows. Yesterday they felt very flat and caused a sore neck. Hopefully, they'll improve. Overall, I'm satisfied! Highly recommended 👍

Just wanted to share some feedback that hopefully can help improve the guest experience. The main thing I noticed is that the real room looks a bit different compared to the photos online. It’s not necessarily bad, but the expectation set by the photos feels slightly higher than what you see when you arrive. I also think some areas could benefit from a refresh, especially the towels and bath mat. They’re not dirty, but you can tell they’ve been used for a long time, and because they’re white, they can give the impression of not being clean even if they actually are. Replacing or renewing them would make a big difference. In the bathroom, some grout areas could use deeper cleaning as well. Small details like this really affect the overall perception of cleanliness. When I checked in, the bed also felt a little dusty, so housekeeping consistency might be something to review. Another thing is the lighting — some lights are cool white while others are warm, which makes the room feel a bit patchy in ambiance. Having a more consistent lighting tone would improve the atmosphere a lot. I understand the hotel is positioned at a certain price point, so expectations are different, but with a few improvements in maintenance, linens, and lighting consistency, the experience could be significantly better. Hope this feedback is helpful.

The atmosphere is very peaceful despite being close to several universities. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, with Netflix available. The staff and security are very friendly. If you want to grab a bite to eat, it's close by, as it's close to several universities.

All good here ok for the price paid. The only weird thing is the bathroom space so small for the loft even tho can be bigger i think. When connecting to wifi theres a porn pop up 😩

The staff could learn to be more friendly and helpful towards guests. Bring your own umbrella because the hotel doesn't have one, so whenever you enter or exit a car, you will get rained on. The access is terrible for guests with many luggage, you have to enter via the lift from the parking lot. The room only gives two pillows, for the price I paid, very disappointing.

Strategic location (city center), good design, cleanliness is okay, there are 2 TVs (top and bottom), there is a hot water kettle, there is a hairdryer, there is a water heater, there are snacks, there is wifi, there is a mini fridge, everything is almost perfect, but the minus is... it is not comfortable because the sound of footsteps above our room can be heard clearly, the cost of 1 million does not include breakfast, and the parking lot is narrow

It's exciting because there's a mezzanine, so it adds to the spacious impression and you can do more activities.

The hotel is nice, the vibes are cool, very suitable for solo travelers or couples. The room facilities are complete, there is a hairdryer, iron and table, refrigerator, cutlery and there is a lot of storage. In terms of security, it is also safe, because going up and down the elevator you have to tap the room card. The security is really great in terms of hospitality, friendly and very helpful. There were quite large mosquitoes in the room and it was difficult to swat, because there were hanging ornamental plants in the room window and the window in the room hallway was opened every morning until the afternoon. For soundproofing, it was so so, you could still hear the sound of vehicles but not too loud, maybe the sound that was heard more clearly was from the wall of the next room, opening and closing the door or sliding the chair and if the bed frame or cupboard was hit by a hand/something, the sound was quite disturbing. The AC is the type that takes time to reach a cold temperature but when it is cold, it is very cold. The wifi is very fast.

In my personal opinion, this hotel is still quite expensive, access is a bit difficult, you have to go around campus first because the location is on a 1-way route for people who are new to Bandung, it's a headache, when I stayed for 3 days 2 nights on the second day the instant noodle breakfast was not filled, so in my opinion the price of 500 thousand with instant noodle breakfast is still quite expensive, especially on the 2nd day my instant noodles were not refilled. So for the whole room, it's okay even though the hot water takes a little longer to come out, for room service, pay attention again because my instant noodles were not filled on the 2nd day and access is difficult because it's 1-way

All good. Except it's not a hotel so the facilities are limited. But the room is OK, complete equipment, clean, and quiet enough to rest.
