1. The gas ran out, so I couldn't do anything, cook, etc. 2. The mattress and pillows were of poor quality, uncomfortable, the springs hurt, the mattress caused back pain, the mattress size didn't match the divan...160 mattress, 180 divan 3. The shower pressure in the bathroom was very low, making bathing uncomfortable, and I wasn't satisfied.

The check-in process is fast and hassle-free

Everything is okay, fun, only the lobby security is not very friendly, for the unit everything is okay

Only one towel was provided, and the floor was not very clean.
