The checkout process took a long time, even though there was nothing to pick up. Grab was waiting for me because I had to leave quickly. They claimed they had to check, but the door was jammed, so I had to wait. I asked for the deposit to be returned first or transferred after checking, but they said no, they could only refund cash, even though I paid via QR code. Luckily, the deposit was only 100,000 Rupiah, so I could forgive it. Honestly, I won't be staying here again.

I think this is the best 2-star hotel in Pekanbaru, very comfortable even for the standard room. The food taste for in-room dining is also great with a good price for hotel food (only Rp 25,000 for a main course, including rice and ice tea).
