Nice property with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet items were cold, that should not have been. Better warmers maybe?

We didn’t get to experience much at this hotel since we only stayed for one night, but we decided to try it out since it’s a new place in town. Overall, everything was just okay. Our room was on the 3rd floor, and with three large luggage bags and a 6-year-old in tow, it was quite challenging—especially with no elevator. It was really disappointing to have to haul everything up the stairs. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, but the experience was not great. We waited for 45 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, everything was cold. The coffee we ordered was also wrong. They offered to remake the food, but we politely declined because we didn’t want to wait another 45 minutes—we had plans for the day. We can understand delays if the restaurant is busy, but there were only three of us there at the time. Aside from that, the room itself was fine. Nothing special, but it was decent for a short stay.

Overpriced. Remote. Expensive (for the value). VERY REMOTE -- anything worth "doing" is 2hrs away. There's no "beach" (like you might think of anyway)-- a coral "rock" with slipper steps at best. The food is quite honestly, beyond unacceptable. If you do stay here, there's a "small resort" 5 min down the road on the left-- has a nice pool, 4 entry points into the water (also coral)--but amazing and LOCAL priced food. I don't want to bad-mouth the hotel-- its "nice", but just not really what a tourist (like myself) would really be looking for -- too far, too expensive, inadaquate food (especially for the price), etc.. I will say, however, there are some AMAZING and GOOD people there-- the driver(s) are AWESOME... the "resort" 5 min down the road makes it almost worth it! But-- alas, I cannot say this is a smart decision UNLESS you wanted to get away from everything-- bad food, poor internet (yes, it works, mostly) -- and get away from literally EVERYTHING-- then its you're place. If you bring family/kids-- this wouldn't be my recommendation.

Stayed here for 15 days. 5* in secluded and quite place. Service is AAA+. Glad this high end hotel is built in this place which also gives jobs to locals. Great place to bond with family. Kind and respectful crew. They run this place with grace, so proud ❤️
