Great location - just a few minutes walk to the Old Town, partly through the park - and very good value.

Good location, great breakfast. The only negative thing, there is a spa facility but its a separate company so even just to use the pool you need to do reseevations.

Decent place. When we first checked in, the windows in our rooms had been left open which led to the rooms being filled with bugs, hundreds of them. Fortunately, the staff were accommodating, and provided us with new, upgraded rooms which were completely clean. Rooms are quite small and the AC units blow directly in your face when you’re in bed. The blankets are extremely thick, making it very hot to sleep. Convenient location within good walking distance to the old town. Nice and quiet and the breakfast was great - we looked forward to that every morning. TV in the room was limited. No access to streaming services and none of the channels had English so TV was not an option for us. We needed a late check out and the hotel offered 4pm for 21 Euro which was quite a nice surprise. Staff were very kind and responsive.

Perfect for family travel

Réal désappointement. Room and breakfast are great but pool and sauna are jokes. We were a group working all day long outside and we choose this hotel because of the pool and Sauna. You need to book it and for both days it was full and in addition it is not for free even if you stay in the hotel.

Hotel advantages: a welcoming smile at the reception, location in relation to the old town, parking included in the price, good value for money.

The hotel is great, rooms clean (but we have seen few beetles). Breakfast is very tasty. Pool small (5x7m) and cold.

It was good that I could arrange a late check in through a locker type system. The hotel is situated close to a tram stop, by the nice parks in the city, and some amazing views of you have front facing rooms. There have been some recent renovations following COVID-19, but they are still doing the work. Occasionally some parts were incomplete liike tiling right spaces. There is intended accessible rooms, but do not live up to the expectations as the seats are too far away from the shower and the toilet has no support. The stay for progressively worse, here are a few pointers. The swimming pool is small, good for aqua aerobics not swimming. It is private and there are extra costs. massage was terrible, making muscles more sore than relaxed. We agreed to book for 60min, but then was told, without reason, it can only be 30min. Room was not cleaned properly, bed not made, tea tray not cleaned. Tea cups were not replaced, only washed at the sink.. Poor hygiene. Breakfast was typical continental and was average. No personally made options, and few gluten free foods

One of the annoying things was being asked for the payment on arrival, as if they assumed all the customers to be cheaters who just run away without paying. I spent a lot of time with the staff addressing a problem of no internet connection. The router was down twice in three days.
