Probably the best hotel there is in the town of Pardubice.

Very lovely hotel with great breakfast and restaurant. Wanted to single out the young lady at reception (Katerine?) who was extremely helpful in an emergency. When my husband was bitten by a dog and needed medical assistance, she took the time to take us to the emergency room, stayed with us and translated while we did the check in and only left when we were in the queue to see the doctor. She also explained how to leave the closed parking area. She definitely above and beyond in providing assistance to us in a difficult situation.

I like a very firm bed, and this one was excellent. The shower temperature controls were very responsive. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful. The rooms DO have air conditioning, which is not mentioned on their website. Very pleasant stay overall.

Modern, clean and effient

We had reserved an apartment since we wanted an extra room with a separate sitting area. Unfortunately, it was hot and an air conditioning unit in the sitting room was out of service. Immediately, hotel staff offered us to switch for two adjacent bedrooms with an additional bed, but no sitting arrangement. Also they said that they will call a repairman to fix the problem. Since we did not need a second bed to sit on we decided to wait for the repair service. We stayed for 3 days abut the unit had not been fixed. We had asked a couple of times about the status of the repair, but staff seemed to be upset with our questions, since they had offered additional bedroom and we refused.

The hotel is basically inside the airport. You check in on a computer terminal. The room is space age modern, compact but comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. A great experience.

Only problems were that I got 2 single beds when I booked a double room, no tea/coffee making facilities in the roomand the service in the restaurant and bar area is a little slow. Not major dealbreakers though

This hotel provides a very comfortable 4 star accommodation and service for a reasonable price. It is located within a walking distance to city centre and public transportation.

Nice local hotel.

Excellent stay and very helpful staff. The breakfast was also very good. Only suggestion I wish to make is for the hotel staff to be familiar with the Debit Card use. Hotel had debited my debit card before the stay & the balance had gone out of the card. At check out, they were about to debit again when I had to explain that there was no need to do so as it was already paid, unlike a credit card where it is only blocked. The manager came in and immediately understood. There was no issue after that . Overall an excellent stay. Thank you to hotel team.

Only stayed for one night but it is a perfectly fine hotel with clean rooms and a tasty breakfast. They let us check out later as well which was very helpful as we had a late flight and it was raining all day, so they get full marks from me.
