Great location. Beds not comfortable

Located near the Cathedral in the Old Town, close to La Playa Concha. Very walkable. Clean, comfortable, no frills accommodations. Quiet neighborhood with cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance.

The property was super cute and super easy to access, walking distance from everything. Stayed 2 nights and there was no one there overnight but staff was present during the early day to change towels, clean the room and more. The cleanliness was decent not a 10/10 but definitely not filthy, just clean. There is a small common area as well for a coffee and somewhere to relax other than your room. Overall I give it a 10/10 for the location and the experience we had overall.

We were unfamiliar with the operations Pensions v. hotels so adjustment of expectations was necessary. However the property was clean, well located and staff was pleasant.

My 2nd time I have visit this place, and I love it.

Facility staff were very accomodating. Able to store our luggage in the morning until check in time. Instructions were clear and communication was efficient. Excellent location.

Very clean , compact apartment helped by having a small balcony. Centrally located. Good value for San Sebastián.

The stay was fine. Central location. Quiet. Very clean. Comfotable. However, I did pay a deposit when booking. I was then charged full amount during our stay. Am now finding it difficlt/impossible to reclaim the money.

They’re sensible enough, by faceing delay in fly or other s means of transport, they will back you up.

The only problem was not receiving entry/booking in email. Luckily, someone was there to allow entry. The pension was very quiet, clean and central. The shower was the best I've had, beating many 4 star hotels. Room small, but comfortable. Very good value. Thoroughly recommend.

Very clean and new inside. Very noisy at night due to the location - near restaurants and bars and being right in the city

On the edge of the old town in a lovely old building. The room was newly renovated. Everything you need or want to see is within walking distance.

Great location. Rooms acceptable, if a little small. No on-site presence (except for a daily check-in) can leasd to problems, like when the hot water failed. Not sure this remote management works that well for clients

I had an awesome stay at Pensión Donistiarra! Very comfortable and clean room, great small balcony to enjoy the charming pedestrian street outside... GREAT location, close to everything, especially the main bus station, great for day trips (I did Biarritz) and airport connections. The parking was discounted (very close by, also at bus station), which was a bonus.

Clean. Great location, convenient to restaurants and shopping. Free coffee. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Smaller room for three of us, but typical.

Very nice place in a good location. Easy to walk to the old town. Safe area. Rooms are kind of basic but nice enough. Good value.
