Reserved an payed ahead, no vacancy when I went to the property

Rooms were not cleaned during our stay. We did not get fresh towels. The breakfast was poor. The staf was uninterested. The rooms were shabby. The beds were good and also the aircondition worked well.

Location is regular, very different to the pictures and the breakfast horrible.

Well on arrival there was nobody there to greet us, after about a hour they arrived but couldn’t speak any English.The grounds had litter round the edges and the pool needed clearing which they did on our second day. Start of day 2 and the lock on the door broke so the owner had to come out and climb through the window with a knife and let my wife out later the lock was repaired but we had moved to another room.It’s a shame as the rooms are spacious the Wi-Fi is the best we’ve had in the month we’ve been away bbc tv Netflix’s etc and the rooms were clean. Just needs some bit of TLC and someone that speaks English for us .

Loud music played all day and night. Plus was having an a/c. Didn't give us any info about breakfast. Refused hotels com reservation and had to pay cash.

This was my first time visiting El Paredón and it was amazing. I liked the location away from the noise. The pool is very nice. Good AC in the room and easy to find off the main road. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to get away to a beautiful beach town and perhaps catch a wave or two.

SCAM PROPERTY - *DO NOT BOOK* they took my money and told me the night before my arrival that they didn’t have a room. And they would not refund me. Hotels.com has been useless. I saw another family had this issue on a google review. This property is a scam and hotels.com won’t help you.

Endroit zero calme, la musique joue a tu tete toute la journée, impossible de parler ou de lire. Aucun wifi ne fonctionne sur place. Point positif, la chambre est spacieuse! L’hotel est prêt de la plage et des restaurants.

El lugar es bonito, pero deben indicar que no hay parqueo dentro de las instalaciones del hotel.

Family friendly hotel w pool. Mostly for locals. Most Staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt partly welcomed.

Dora fue muy amable, gestionó todo para que tuviéramos la habitación limpia y lista. Además del desayuno muy temprano en la mañana

I really liked it, we had a great time, very comfortable place, the service was good. I loved the hotel. I hope to return with my family soon. I recommend it.

El hotel tiene una alberca muy agradable y el personal es muy amable y atento.

Es un hotel limpio, piscina en buen estado. Con una pequeña y no muy buena instalación para comer.
