Great Customer service. Willing to help at a moments notice. We had to extend our trip by an additional day and it was well received and accommodated. Breakfast and Dinner were homemade and delicious.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Garten. We were there on Christmas Day. The pictures on the website made it a little difficult to see what the rooms would look like, so we were pleasantly surprised by them. They are a little old fashioned, but they are clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful breakfast and conversation with the hosts. We would recommend this property and return if our plans ever take us back there. The room did not smell like smoke, which after a week in the Balkins, we learned that a truly non-smoking room was a rare find!

I have just left this hotel after a 2 night stay. The owner is very rude and at one point turned his back on me due to not speaking Croatian or German, he made absolutely no effort to communicate. I asked for an iron, and was told to return the following morning, i showed up next morning to receive the same treatment by what I think was his wife, after much confusion. She took my shirt and ironed it in their room? Which was nice. All in all it is a very interesting hotel, had the staff been more welcoming and friendly I would have had a better experience. If I am ever in this town again I will not be staying here

Room was dark,dated and stuffy due to no outside air.

I believe this hotel is family owned and is very unique! The staff are friendly, professional and helped make our stay very pleasant. The rooms are a bit small, but not unusual for Europe. For the price, you can't get a better deal. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel, food is great too

We were driving through Croatia on the E-70 and wanted a stay just off the road. Pansion Garten was perfect for this- 5 mins. from the highway, clean rooms, late check in, and very nice people working there! When we told them that we wanted to leave before breakfast the following day (it starts at 7), they offered to pack us a packed meal to take on the road for free. I would certainly stay there again and encourage friends to do the same!!

We travel at least 150 nights per year, in Europe, USA, Canada, Mexico and Asia. This hotel, although small, funky and eclectic, rates at or near the top for us in some years. Add in top quality, intelligent and congenial staff, headed by Sylvia, and everything comes out #1. Try the breakfast strudel, but before the full breakfast made to order !

Very simple and very expensive for the standard.

Wir hatte das, wie hier beschrieben, großes Frühstück. Das ist wohl etwas übertrieben. Und die Qualität ist sehr schlecht. Die Salami und der Schinken ist nicht frisch. Die Cornflakes rochen extrem muffig. Das Omelette und die Spiegeleier waren viel zu lange gekocht. Die Servicekraft hat wohl noch nie in einer guten Küche gearbeitet. Der Orangensaft war mit Wasser verdünnt.... Wir haben die Servicekraft darauf hingewiesen. Sie erwiderte, dass noch niemand etwas reklamiert hat. Kein Wunder, man ist wohl sprachlos bei so einen schlechten Frühstück. Den vollen Preis kann man hierfür nicht verlangen. Es stellte sich im Nachhinein heraus, dass die Servicekraft die Eugentümerin ist. Das war anhand ihrer Inkompetenz nicht zu erkennen. Auch am 2. Tag war das Frühstück nicht besser. Der Kaffe war grausig und die Cornflakes immer noch in der Plastikdose die extrem nach Plastik roch. Die Auswahl sehr spärlich. Wenigstens die andere Servicekraft hat das Spiegelei einigermaßen gut hinbekommen. Der Eigentümer des Hotels wird verständnis haben, das hierfür nicht der komplette Preis von uns bezahlt werden muss. Wenn er es nicht reklamiert, gehen wir davon aus, dass er einverstanden ist, dass wir den Preis mindern können. Die.Beschreibung auf dem Portal Hotels.com gehört aktualisiert. Da stimmt einiges nicht und hat uns zur Buchung veranlasst. Wir fühlen uns arglistig getäuscht.

Hôtel disposant du confort nécessaire pour une nuitée de transit. Personnel accueillant. Malheureusement le spa est fermé le week-end alors qu'après un long trajet nous espérions nous relaxer !

Kabul etmeyip çıkmak istedigimizde de kötü müşteri ilan edildik. Misafirperver degillerdi. Odayı kesinlikle kullanmadık. Check out sırasında tartışma yaşandı.1200 kmlik araba yolculuğundan sonra gecenin birinde başka hotele gitmek zorunda kaldık.
