Beautiful place and the owners very friendly. I recommend this place

Beautiful property, incredible breakfasts, and Ann and Michael are the most thoughtful and helpful hosts. Our room and bath were lovely, as were the balcony and common areas. An easy drive or bus ride to just about anywhere you would want to see in the Galway area. There is so much to do, and we loved every minute of it! In terms of conveniences - Lidl is right across the street, and the charming town center of Oranmore, with restaurants and shops, is an easy walk away. Although we had a rental car, Ann actually insisted on driving us to the nearby bus station because she was worried about us trying to park in Galway. Bus is convenient, and Galway is extremely easy to explore on foot. Tons of shops, pubs and restaurants. We also booked a few tours meeting in Eyre Square (to the Aran Islands and Cliffs of Moher, Connemara and Kylemore Abbey, and a riverboat tour from Athlone to Clonmacnoise Monastery). We left this quiet and serene place to explore Dublin for a couple of days at the end of our trip, and we honestly wish we had stayed longer with Ann and Michael instead. Love the Irish countryside, hope we will be back soon, and would absolutely stay here again.

Apartment was comfortable with easy parking and close access to groceries. Ann and Michael are very helpful and responsive. Location is quiet but convenient. Would stay here again.

Absolutely incredible breakfast. 10/10 place to stay. The room was adorable and cozy, and everything was spotlessly clean. The owner, when serving breakfast, was very proud to serve us his wife's fresh scones and soda bread, which was lovely.

Michael was an incredible host and his wife makes the most delicious scones. They were extremely attentive and ensured we had the best start to our time in Ireland. Would highly recommend staying at the Oranhill Lodge - the apartment is also very nice and private and worth the higher price!

Located within a 10minute walk of Oranmore town,where quality pubs and restaurants abound .My room was a spacious ensuite bedroom ,thouroughly clean and quite . The host gave me different choices of Breakfast ,i had the full Irish cooked to perfection with homemade bread and scones . There is a bus that will take you to the Galway Clinic close by ..

Very nice

Michael was a great host...helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. The bedroom and ensuite were spotlessly clean. There was a small common sitting area in the upstairs hall for reading, chatting or just enjoying the view. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. A buffet of many selections, plus an additional cooked to order item from the menu was available. We walked about 3-4 blocks to pubs and restaurants downtown. The grocery store was only a block away. Beautiful and quiet residential home was perfect for us.

Hot breakfast to individual taste, excellent communication and friendly attitude with a homely ambiance, completed our stay here. Kudos to Michale and Ann!

Wonderful stay, highly recommend.

This was the best stay we had in all of Ireland. I cannot recommend this place enough. The food was incredible, the hosts were beyond hospitable, and the area is lovely. You can reach Galway City by bus very easily. Do yourself a favour a book a stay here, our only regret was not staying here longer!

Notre séjour était parfait. Nous avons été accueillis par Ann et Mike chaleureusement. L’appartement était très bien aménagé et confortable. Situé un peu à l’extérieur de Galway, son emplacement est idéal pour visiter. Nous avons aussi eu droit à de délicieux scones chaque matin. Je recommande cet endroit sans aucune hésitation.

We just finished our 10 trip to Ireland and rated this B & B the best place. placement, food, drinks and service. It was quiet, scenery was pretty....it had a lot of green space and overlooked the river it was on. We stayed 2 nights and easily got around the Cork/Cobh and Kinsale area as well. They had a great breakfast for you every morning, and if you wanted dinner they had it too! Beverages were there for purchase. It was a relaxing place and family owned. (kind people)
