Sparkling clean sheets and towels. Wonderful and friendly staff. Everything you might need for breakfast was there. Very pleasant stay.

The hotel was a small traditional charming place in a lovely square in setubal. It was very homely nothing was too much trouble for the staff from heating the beans my partner took with him to cutting my plasters when I needed them. The staff made the stay fabulous. Each and every day the small group of staff were always happy . My partner is very jovial and he told his jokes to the staff and wanted something everyday and they were brilliant. Ruti (I think this is how it’s spelt ) was amazing woman The room was cleaned everyday - breakfasts were lovely (not a great range) but didn’t need it The staff in the hotel made our holiday fantastic We give this hotel 10/10 and will definitely go back to stay again

The evening menu at the restaurant was a buffet only for 24 euros. I wasn’t that hungry only wanting a salad but no option.

Bel accueil à la réception. La dame, malgré le nombre limité de stationnements a réussi à trouver une place à notre véhicule. Bon petit déjeuner le matin compris, propreté des lieux, je recommande!

liked bathrobe & slippers, breakfast buffet good selection, excellent very attentive reception staff , weighing scale in the bathroom helped me weigh my checkedin bag, 3 star hotel price is unbeatable, my room close to lift with my 23kg bag disliked dirty glass in bathroom, noise in room that faced the street with a rock band in a bar & street noise of rumbling motorcycles & cars even with my ear plugs

Lovely small hotel with friendly and helpful staff in a great town. Not luxury but comfortable and clean. If you like Portuguese authenticity and don’t want to be surrounded by bus loads of other tourists, this is a great place. Shabby but beautiful - and next door to a stunning Natural Park with beautiful beaches. Food is so cheap and you eat the delicious fresh fish which you see in the morning fish market. Try KEFISH restaurant- so good i ate there every night!

Hotel was dated and not w character in a city that was likewise compared w the rest of Portugal that we toured. The service though was fabulous. There was no where to park and the receptionist parked it for us! I mean brilliantly helpful.

I would advise to AVOID this hotel. In need of upgrading but dirty bed linen is not excusable. When I told receptionist they didn’t care but still charged us. Breakfast is sub-standard, what they offer is unappealing. In a country that has numerous delicious bakeries there is no excuses.

Great location for walking, morning coffees and meals in the evening. Staff were wonderful.
