Everthing smud & good

Increible, pero no tienen servicio de guardar maletas!!! Yo tenia una reunion despues del checkout y no pude dejar la maleta por unas horitas, servicio que TODO hotel decente tiene! Perdieron el cliente, ya no vuelvo a hospedarme en Convair

Excellent large clean room. Great breakfast. Good location. Man with glasses in reception, sorry didn't get his name, spoke excellent English and helped organise our taxi across the border to Brazil. He was very helpful throughout our stay. A credit to your hotel.

The property is outdated but the location is very convenient to the friendship bridge and the bus terminal.The receptionist is very helpful but he speaks little English.

A good thing is that is has easy accesibility to the commercial area. Something to improve, the breakfast.... Better if the offer more fruits options.

Excellent Service by the Attentive Staff at the Hotel. Definitely recommend them.

Clean hotel within short walking distance to shopping. No cloth press iron, n hot water kettle/coffee maker.

We loved the breakfast buffet, yummy! and good variety. The service was great, they were professional, efficient, and friendly. They called a great taxi service for us, who was on-time, trust-worthy, and very knowledgeable. The area is close to the shopping areas.

Loved the Paraguayan art collection in the restaurant. Safe garage to park your car with access to hotel without having to walk outside. Friendly, efficient hotel and security staff.

The staff is very kind and helpful here. In a dangerous city it's always good to have people that take care of you.

This is an okay hotel. I usually stay in high end hotels but there's little to offer in ciudad del este that is high end so this is as good a bet as any. I'd stay here again if I easily ever stay in CDE again which is unlikely.

Não usamos o estacionamento, café da manhã muito bom, espaço organizado

Fiquei muito decepcionada pois na hora da reversa não colocou meu menino de 5 anos, assim q cheguei ao hotel já informei e paguei a diferença sendo q dizia q criança nessa idade não pagava, mais sem problema até aí, porém meu filho dormiu no chão pois o quarta só tinha uma cama para 2 e nem toalhas e roupas de cama não foram oferecidas a ele a sorte q sempre levo
