Everything was amazing. From check in, the restaurant, the turkish bath, the room, and check out.

Fantastic central hotel, incredibly good food in the restaurant, and the breakfast was outstanding! You ordered breakfast from a menu and received plenty of food. Coffee, juice, water, and bread with butter and jam were also free, as well as a generous slice of cake. The hotel was very clean, the room was spotless, and they make amazing drinks at great prices

This is a great hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was tasty and filling. It is a short walk to the Arena and other historic sights. We had a trouble free stay.

This is an amazing property and Facility. We ate at the Restaurant, used the Hammam and got a scrub. This was an enjoyable place right in the Center of the Action. Will stay here every time I am in Durres.

Charming hotel in an old "manor" style, situated in the middle of the historical part of town. The staff is friendly and service-minded, and the cleanliness is good. My only gripe was that around midnight, the street was filled with bikers making quite a bit of noise, making it a bit hard to sleep for a while.

I stayed in a deluxe room that had s balcony. The room was beautiful, the staff was terrific and the location was excellent.

Hotel is stunning however our AC kept turning off in the night - the staff were very helpful but it was hard to sleep without it

Good sleep and room kept the noise out. Breakfast very nice. Wouldnt say it was a "spa" as theres no services outside of booked treatments. More attention to detail needed during cleaning, as i cut my foot on a shard of glass in the room. For a 5* hotel, small issues such as no offer to take luggage to the room (which was up stairs) and no advice regarding the parking, which is manic. Location good.

Beautiful hotel bang in the middle of everything

We liked the period decor of the hotel. The toiletries were good quality as were the linen and towels. The staff were very friendly. The meals were tasty and well presented.

This hotel is amazing! Gorgeous inside and out, excellent service, walking distance to everything we wanted to see! They provide parking at a nearby lot. The breakfast was by far the most impressive breakfast provided by a hotel that I have ever seen! It was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic stay Location is super convenient and staff were very friendly specially the amazing Antonella she was very professional and friendly she tried her best to fulfill our requests and beyond. Vintage furniture was next level and very magical If I visit Albania again I’ll make sure visiting Durres and especially Epidamn

Great hotel, good location. Bar and restuarant cannot fault. There is a nice lovely buzz about the place, not as loud as some people say and even had a hamman included.

Great location, loved the age and decor. Bathroom very small and no where to,put things. No English TV news . Staff not do friendly, but with time will improve. Need to get to same level as Greece hotels.
