Modern, well equipped, bang in the city centre

One side of hotel is under remodeling! Noisy while working.

Feels new, well-maintained. Convenient location, easy walking distance to tourist sites and Old Town.

Very comfortable and quiet.

Nice hotel nice location close to many restaurants and old town. Pillow was a bit small and not so comfy. I would say this was only issue. Overall ok hotel. Breakfast good.

My 11th time in Graz, very clean hotel with friendly helpful staff

Facilities were generally clean even though they could do with quite a bit of sprucing up. Front counter and dining area staff could have treated guests with a warmer attitude instead of behaving so "regimentally" - felt like we were in military quarters at times. Location is good (near Graz town) but parking is limited (the hotel owns a small parking lot across the street that could accommodate less than 10 cars).

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was basic, but got what I paid for.

Graz is a hidden gem in Austria, and this place is a nice 15 minute walk from the main train station, and less to the old center. Less touristy in the immediate vicinity, but we didn't the these restaurants. Farmers market on Saturdays adjacent to hotel. Only downside--the elevator went on the fritz the first day.

Our stay here was great! The hotel is located very lose to the Hauptplatz, many restaurants are nearby as well as public transportation. The rooms were well kept, comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The receptionist who received us was almost rude. She was in an argument with another employee when we arrived so she ignored us & kept arguing in front of us. I didn't like her attitude. After waiting a bit I had to get her attention & she was not too happy to get herself out of the argument. The room she gave us was so hot & in the sun-- the AC did not work, so I came down & asked her if she could give us another room on the shady side of the building. Again she treated us with a curt answer & said the hotel was fully booked-- nothing else was available. That evening the TV had no sound & the evening receptionist came up to help us. This lady was very sweet & helpful -- a total contrast to the lady who was working there during the day. She tried to fix the TV & offered to give us another room. I was surprised to find out that the hotel had many rooms available & this was verifiedeven by the morning receptionist.. Other than the location close to the historic center & a clean basic hotel- with a very average breakfast, there is nothing to rave about this place. I don't know why Expedia has this hotel on their list.

Breakfast was very good. The lady who was serving the breakfast was very nice.

Tolles, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit Top-Ausstattung und hervorragenden Zimmern

Tolles super Stadthotel in ruhiger Lage. Parkplatz im freien gegenüber um 7€ ein Absoluter Wahnsinn. Zimmer groß und geräumig. Frühstück sehr vielfältig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ich komme gerne bei meiner nächsten Reise wieder 👍
