The hotel is ok to stay. But, the conditions hardly meet the cost.

A bit dated but nice and clean nonetheless. Superb breakfast and great staff. Lots of parking. No AC or fans in the room, so keep that in mind for hotter days/nights.

The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. The food and drinks were great and the decor was very nice.

The room was on the small side. The restaurant was okay. The location was kind of utilitarian but the view on the other side was very attractive.

We were quite pleased to find this quaint, Bavarian-style hotel for our only night in Austria. Our room was spacious and had a back door that opened onto a small outdoor seating area that was part of a green space that was accessible to the guests from other rooms. We could see the mountains and wished that we had more time to spend there. We had both dinner and breakfast there, and the food was above average. We would go back.

I can't say enough good things. There are a ton of functioning amenities: wet sauna, dry sauna, foot bath, multiple showers, cardio machines, tea, towels, drinking water, and loungers in the wellness area. We chose a room with a balcony view, which looked out toward a bit of town and the gorgeous mountains. Bar is open til 22:00, giving you some options to partake downstairs or in your room. There is quite a bit of attention to detail/well thought out room structure. Separate toilet and washing area, with ventilation, sitting area, coat hangers, large closet, modern balcony door, good water pressure, etc. this is one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept in, and the separate comforters were nice for couples who are habitual dueling blanket thieves. The room had both a shade and darkening curtains, this is always very important to us. I cannot speak to climate comfort, since we visited on a cool night and did not require neither heat nor cooling (I don't think/know if there is AC). the common areas are cozy, I personally loved the rustic decor with tons of character. Breakfast is just fine, plenty of options to get you started. WHAT A GEM! Very excited we stumbled upon this.

Had to look for someone to check in. Restaurant was challenging to use for dinner - needed a reservation even though tables were available. Breakfast was excellent!

quiet and unique

This was a beautiful hotel. Check-in was very pleasant as the receptionist was so friendly and enthusiastic. Breakfast was delicious- and more than I could ever eat!! We celebrated my husband's birthday here and the staff were so accommodating for that. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!

I am an American who went to visit the Neuschwanstein Castle (Disney cinderella castle). I booked a room and before everything was fine online the hotel staff called about 20 minutes later and told me they had ran out of room and could no longer accommodate my stay while the website said there was multiple bookings available. I whole heartedly believe it was because we were Americans they canceled our reservation.

Excellent hotel with good amenities in an excellent locations

In an area that can be very expensive to stay, I found this hotel good value for money. The room was comfortable and had a lovely view, food was tasty and location was convenient. Although the hotel is a bit dated in room decor and modern amenities (WiFi was ok, very few plugins) I found it was all part of the charm.

Dishonest management. I paid extra for a room with balcony but was given a room on first floor because they didn’t have a room with balcony.. food was good

Lovely old building, had everything that I needed. Nice old town with a couple of good hotel restaurants.

The staff at the property was wonderful! There is a fabulous restaurant inside and the staff there was wonderful also. Great location, nice charm, very clean. We even had access to a patio directly from the room. There aren’t any refrigerators, microwaves or coffee makers in the room. Other than that, everything was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable cosy hotel in the perfect spot. Lots to do in the area and not far from all the attractions in the Alps. Restaurant served excellent food if a bit restricted in choice. We loved our stay and intend going again!
