Wonderful hotel in perfect location —short walk to gondola, surrounded by restaurants — with spartan, clean rooms, an excellent wellness area, good ski storage lockers, and super helpful welcoming staff. The breakfast is terrific, with loads of choices including local pastries, and a great array of fresh fruit. A gem in every way.

The rooms were a perfect configuration. I love the glass walls in the bathrooms. Our friends and us met for breakfast every morning. The room was too warm though. Lowering the thermostat had no effect. We tried to keep the window open, and bars across the street were noisy until they closed.

Beautiful family run hotel that is in the city center but quiet. We loved the large selection at the breakfast buffet and the dinners were also delicious!

Great hotel with a phenomenal bar

We had the most amazing week in the Kaiser Suite at Das Reisch. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, making our dinner reservations for us and providing other helpful tips for enjoying the area. The suite was clean and comfortable and had beautiful views from the 3 balconies. The full breakfast was delicious and a highlight of each morning. The hotel location was ideal- 3 minute walk to the Hannenkham lift and a 1 minute walk to the adorable downtown with shops and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back to Das Reisch soon!

Lovely hotel, good position for town and slopes. I would request rear room to avoid noise from the two bars opposite if you like to have window open. Bar opposite open until 5am. Noise reduced if windows kept closed. Would recommend.

Everything exceeded our expectations, especially the proximity to the gondola and the downtown. The staff could not have been more accommodating and the quality of the hotel guests was extra special. Almost everyone we met had been to this asset multiple times which speaks volumes about the experience. We would add ourselves to that same list and cannot wait for a return visit.

The hotel was centrally located and close to everything. The only issue was that we were facing a club, which was very noisy at night. The breakfast was very good.

Excellent hotel, superb location for ski trip close to the Hahnenkamm lift and all the main apres-ski and restaurant areas. Friendly efficient helpful staff. Spacious, well appointed room.

A very comfortable and smartly presented hotel with modern and clean rooms in a great part of kitzbuhel. It also has a great bar which looks out onto the street and is very popular with the locals. Highly recommended.
