It was a terrible stay at this property.
1) rooms are old and tiny.
2) no plates or cutlery, milk they pore it in a mug. No sealed packs or creamers.
3) super loud exhaust fan at the bathroom.
4) the heating is terrible with such loud sound, feels like a car is left going.
This is all about the property.
The customer service was the worst:
1) there are no staff , which is fine. But the owner is not at all welcoming.
2) The lady charged us for 3 people, but gave only two fresh towels. Half a toilet roll and one pack of soap and shampoo.
Did not refill after repeated reminders.
3) Next day when she came for service, she refused to service when we said can you please come back in 10 minutes.
4) Without any choice we asked her to service the room while we were still getting ready. She stated abusing in-front of my 7 year old daughter.
5) We felt the owners are racist, and never had such an experience before.
Strongly recommend not to visit.
