Hotel close to Wagga Station, shops & cafes. Close to Botanical Gardens & zoo. Comfortable bed. Quiet.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The room was a decent size, clean, and comfortable for the duration of the stay. The bathroom was also a good size. The carpet in the room had some stains, which I have also noticed at several other hotels during my travels in Australia. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A big plus was the location. Baylis Street offers plenty of shops and dining options within easy walking distance of the hotel. There is also a gas (petrol) station located directly across the street, which is very convenient. There is ample parking available both on-site and off-site. If parking on-site, be mindful that the parking stalls are quite narrow. Off-site parking is available on the street, behind the hotel, and in the parking lot of Dan Murphy’s, so parking is generally not an issue.

Clean room. Staff very welcoming at check in. Cleaning staff lovely. Quiet, dark room.

Good condition but extremely cramped. Staff were extremely helpful. We had limited accommodation options due to a major event in Wagga Wagga. Next time we would try to find a better option if possible.

Th staff really friendly. Good parking. AC. The bed mattress was too soft and the rooms dated, but it's good for staying one night.

Check in was nothing special but efficient and they tried to upsell the need to book the restaurant on the spot even though it was mid week. Loved the mugs and the cookies and decent milk. The bed was comfy except for the usual lumpy line down the middle. Shower was old school full on water wise but it was a dark, drab, worn and dated space that was not very relaxing. The room smelled a bit funky until you got the air con cranking.

The room was just very small. The amenities were very dated and having to step up into a shower was not the best

The room was spotless and the staff were very good. We did get up grade to a better room, which we really appreciated. We have stayed many times before and have always been extremely happy.

As requested I got the ground Floor, room was spacious, clean and the lady at the reception was really helpful.

Rooms basic. TV did not work despite reception changing remote. Ceiling tile with extractor fan in falling down with plenty of dust on tile so assume it’s been like that for a while. Rooms dark due to lack of natural light

The air conditioning was not working Asked for several times didn’t fixed Then change the room was was worse

Room was very tidy and clean but the toilet and shower were in the one room which was very very small. Car park was used by the general public as well. The actual park spaces were very small. Otherwise quite good,
