Stuff was nice, friendly and helpful as our AC didn’t work. They got us a heater. Usually I’m not staying in Motels but didn’t have any options this time… I guess it’s normal for them to be noisy, next door guests and road traffic. Simple but tidy and clean room, I would say not bad for a motel but the queen mattress was not great so I moved to a single bed that was much better. Also the bed spreads are very heavy… to cold without them and quiet heavy sleeping under them. Also avoid chines restaurants next door, terrible food.

Good price, friendly guy at reception and nice clean room with working wifi and tv, unlike the awful "Gateway Vineyard Motel", which was nearby and absolutely awful, so I recommend staying here instead

Needed a place to stay while in Richmond and this place was clean and comfortable. Great customer service. My kids loved the pool.

Being on the hwy it was very quiet with little road noise, properly was very clean and comfortable, stayed one night good stop over.

Bit far out from Windsor. Otherwise OK

Location is good. Clean room. Unfortunately the mattresses worn definitely pass there used by time. Laying on springs are not comfortable at all so didn’t get much sleep due to terrible mattresses. I would definitely suggest you invest more money on brand new ones. And throw away old ones.

The Chinese resturant was a disappointment - very tired and grubby.
