Wonderful location, clean rooms, very pleasant staff

This is still a decent hotel, in a very good location (lake shore, park, practically opposite street to the Mall) yet the rooms nedd refurbish, towels and bad were clen yet shall be replaced with new ones and the breakfast is just average.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable studio room.Great location near shopping and restaurants.

all was just great: perfect and confortable rooms, great food, the big conference room we had ( 290 seats) its amazing....we were charmed indeed

They tried to charge me for parking until I showed the reservation that said, Free Parking. The front desk was very kind about it.

Good stay overall, narrow bathroom. I only got one key card, left my laptop to charge when I went to dinner, no charge do to key room. Restaurant is amazing and service very professional. I got charged for parking with 2€. It should be included in the room charge.

Just great ! New refurbished, all amenities, great location (park, lake & shopping mall), city center near, great terrace, restaurant & food..... i will be back!

Deception. A word that best describes my stay at this hotel. Staying at this hotel reminded me of Gordon Ramsey’s show, where he goes to the worst hotels and discovers the shocking truth. My arrival was not very much welcomed, the person working at the front desk didn’t even bothered to smile while charging me for my two night stay. The elevator made weird sounds and it’s floor had tiles which were broken, making it worse. I paid for a Queen bed and ended up with a room with two single beds, one of which looked like someone had slept there recently and the bedsheets were crumpled. Moving on to the room itself, it was nothing like the pictures I saw before booking my hotel stay. Carpets were so dirty, bed frames had dust, windows were not working properly and the towels had a funky smell. The only good thing about this hotel is that it’s extremely close to the mall, and that’s it.

It was a nice overall experience. Service was great, People working there are very nice. I Could check in a couple of hours earlier than planned. Rooms are clean, they change the towells daily. The parking fee is very cheap. Very Close to bus station and taxi. Easy acces, beautiful scenario and balcon view. However, it seamed very noisy to me. You can hear doors slamming very early in the morning.

This was my 4th visit to UniversT so it came as no surprise they they went out of their way to help me when I discovered that I had left my mobile phone on my flight from Munich with Lufthansa. I was particularly asisted by the young man on duty at Reception at 6.00pm on 3/7/17. Unfortunately I cannot remeber his name.

Great location of the hotel in a nice green area over a small lake with a fountain. Nearby a shopping center with Multicinema. Very nice room and nice bathroom. Very nice breakfast with tasty products and a good variety. In the restaurant the service a bit slow without much care for the customers.
