Nice staff... Beautiful rooms

Arrived, the entry door broken, i could not get in, i have to pay

The hotel was simple but there was no toilet paper in our room. Quite inconvenient in the moment.

Arrived at 17:45 no one at reception and no code to access the safe where room key was. Did not get the room I paid for, room was in poor condition and no hot water on last morning and lift was not working either. Last minute booking and cheap so that has to be taken into content.

Request for Refund Due to Failed Check-In Dear [Recipient's Name or Hotel Name], I arrived at the hotel on December 27th at 8:30 PM, but unfortunately, there was no one available to assist me with check-in. I attempted to reach out by email and called the emergency number, but I did not receive any help. I waited at the property until 11:30 PM, but after no response or assistance, I had no choice but to find and rent another hotel for the night. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, and I feel as though I have lost my money. I kindly request a full refund for my reservation as I was unable to access the room I had paid for. This is a budget hotel.

Very bad and smelly. Unorganised. Never again

Far away from Brussels. Reception is only from 4PM ro 6PM.

Small musty rooms without AC. Unsafe especially for women and children. No staff available after 6pm. No instructions to late checking guest after 6pm, not checking in person, no way to find room or key...I was lucky to have a staying guest help me to access to hotel lock box to get room numbers and keys.

We could not get in the room. How is that for hotel service? We need a refund.

For the price, it was good. The staff was very helpful. Cleaning needs more attention. The place smells bad. Stains on the towels.

It wasn’t too bad my trip at this hotel. But toilet and the kitchen wasn’t clean

There was no staff whatsoever. On the day i chrcked out, 9 AM, there was no single employee. I had to start opening dewsers behind the desk to get back my psssport.

We did no able to checkin because there was no staff at recection

When we arrived there was no one at the desk and we were told that i should have gotten a code for this self service check in. There was no AC and the room was too hot to sleep. We ended up getting another room somewhere else. The overall status of the hotel was disorganized and dirty. There were food takout boxes in the lobby when we checked in and then 5 hours later the same food stuff was sitting out.

There were loose electrical sockets in the bedroom. The main bedroom light had been removed & just wires left hanging although they were above head height & had been tied up safely.
