Great free parking and a good breakfast

Hotel Theranda can be described as a classic, you can imagine being in another century. It sits on the perfect location to explore the old town and historic points of interest. This alone makes it worth it. Anyone can see its wear and tear is winning the battle of time on the structure, but it doesn't affect the comfort of your stay. Elevator, windows, flooring, and plumbing fixtures were all in good order. Biggest disappointment was the offered breakfast. The lack of attendance speaks to its lack of appeal. The design of the shower allows water to migrate to the general bathroom floor; I'd add a tile dam at the shower door, a little involved but towels soak up the problem for now. Also, for air lovers, open windows were nice for breathing the fresh air. The hotel is a good value and a good stay.

Best thing: location! and free parking , which is great advantage as to find any parking space nearby is complicated. quiet at night modest breakfast ...ok...less than modest actually. but very friendly people, nice room, functioning TV

A clean but very run down hotel. Excellent location.

Washroom is dingy and dirty. Shower was with cool water only in the evening. There was an earwig on my bed in the morning. There is long hair on the floor. I question how often the room has been thoroughly cleaned.

The most dirty hotel i have ever seen. Disgusting. I was with kids and i checked in around 3.30 am, but otherwise I would leave immediately. When I checked out, i told staff about the conditions, i showed them pictures of the sheets they didn't say a single word. AC didnt worked.

Great location, walking distance from majoroty of places to visit. Old town just crossing street. Full of shops and restaurant around.

The furniture was outdated. Bed sheet and bed cover were so outdated and smily. All the room furniture were dirty.

Perfect hotel in the heart of Prizren. Lovely rooms and very helpful staff!

parking situation was very confusing and sketch with an unclear valet working and concern over being able to get our car at the right time in the morning. we had to had over our passport to the front desk and it was placed in just a cubby hole - didn't see any security on that. Room was clean overall. Condition was very used/ old. The lobby was beautiful as were the halls. But the room was underwhelming. Excellent location for walking around the historic downtown.

We liked the place. The only issues were the WiFi and the television. How does a 4 star hotel have no cable, just 2 or 3 antenna channels? Otherwise, good stay.

The employees(Laura, Mustafa, Artha, and Aragon at the front desk) (Yusuf in the breakfast area) were always friendly, cheerful and helping whenever needed. Location was great, near all the attractions. There were a few minor issues with the room, but it was understandable due to some renovation going on in parts of the hotel.

My expectations were a bit higher and that could be it, but the bathroom basin was leaking as I showered. This is a big issue as tiles when wet are a dangerous combo. The breakfast considering it serves multinational people was very basic. I have been to many hotels and the breakfast bar has had pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, and some protein. It had sliced chicken and not the grilled kind, more like the salami style Wrapped. Considering it is a sought after hotel bcs of the location I was expecting a little hjigher standard of quality.

The hotel was in a great location and we really appreciated the included parking. However, it is in massive need of maintenance. There were a lot of broken light fixtures, loose tiles, radiators without their covers and an electrical outlet in the bathroom that came out of the wall. As well, all of the electrical outlets were hidden behind furniture. The breakfast was good.

Hotellet ligger perfekt til ved alt som er verdt å se og det er en kort bratt spasertur opp til borgen. Det som trakk hele opplevelsen ned ved hotellet var frokosten. Det var et bedrøvelig syn. Brødet var tørt , agurk og tomater såg overmodent ut , pålegg var fint dandert på eit fat i solsteiken og det var lite og ingenting som fristet og vi er ikke kresne.
