Excellent place to stay for a short break. A very good breakfast that catered for all needs was just the ticket. Only downside was the lack of storage in the room, but this didn't distract from a great stay

roon was very warn and nice and clean plus i asked for a room with a walk in shower due to having heath problems and our room had one thank you

Great hotel and super situation for the best part of the beach and close to great local bars and nightlife and super restaurants very close including a Mexican 2 minutes away ,all the staff from the man who allowed us to leave our bags in extra early to the friendly girl who let us check in really early ,the bar staff and breakfast staff were also really friendly and the food for breakfast was generous and very tasty and covered many tastes . We had a wonderful few days and want to go back soon ,thanks to all the staff it really makes a difference .

Property was great! Staff was fantastic

I booked a room for myself, and my friends, a married couple also booked a room. We were under the impression both rooms had king beds and air conditioning, however only one room did. The other room had two twin beds pushed together with no AC. The location is GREAT! About 1 mile walking to the train station near the beach, and it cooled off so I could open the windows. It was an awesome place to stay for the W Festival !

Small room with sliding door into bathroom adjacent to left side of bed. Clean and comfortable but cramped. Receptionist was welcoming and very helpful. Unfortunately there was building work being carried out close by which started at 6am.

Very poor tv bad picture with very bad sound quality and the two English channels were very hard to find. (Owners need to improve that issue) . A kettle and coffee etc would have been nice( that should come as standard) otherwise good for price paid.(nice breakfast and good location).

Great convenience and comfort

Checked in on 6th March for 2 nights to visit and see the sites of Ostend. Staff were very welcoming. Room was most adequate for 2 guys with a mini fridge (empty) in the room. Good in hot weather I presume. Breakfast was superb. We were surprised, pleasantly, to be offered bacon & eggs! They were cooked to perfection. There was also the usual continental option at the breakfast bar. Fresh fruit, toast, jams meats, cheeses etc.Just one very small gripe not by me, but my slightly rotund friend, who found the bath/shower facility a little tight. The shower curtain seemed to want to hug him all the time he said. (Big girl!) Would definitely go back as right in centre of town but very quiet at night. Car parking adjacent to Hotel at 15 Euros a day, which isn't bad for Ostend centre.Thank you.
