Staff was great, room very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

Breakfast was wonderful—-lots of protein, amazing fresh bread, and fruit among many other things.

This hotel is on a quiet street near the main square. We stayed in a room on the top (5th) floor that had a sitting room adjacent to the bedroom. There were other rooms that had a terrace on our floor that would have been perfect as the weather was terrific when we were there (but didn’t book the terrace room because we didn’t know what the weather would be when we booked). The breakfast buffet (hot and cold) was terrific and the free parking was appreciated. We recommend eating at the Restaurant Leo near the main square that has a train car as part of its seating options.

Great location, right next door to the 101st Airborne museum, and short drive to the remaining museums. Plenty of free parking around.

When we arrived at 2pm there was an horrible drilling noise on one of the higher floors of the reception. We asked why it was so loud on a Saturday. Answer : This would last a least 3 more hours. Then the lady told us check in was only open as from 3pm. She still hadnot asked for our name. We told her and also that we had booked a junior suite… Then only she looked in her pc and confirmed that our room was ready. We told her that we were shocked by her very impolite and non welcoming attitude. My husband was truly unhappy and said we cancelled our stay. Then she said we had to pay her 25€ for her lost commission! We paid it and went!

Nice hotel with very friendly staff.

Room was clean, quiet and the hotel centrally located. Staff was very helpful. The Mexican restaurant had an enchilada verde that was fantastic. I would recommend it to friends.

Great location in Bastogne, easy to walk to shopping and drive to many WWII attractions.

I loved my stay at the Melba and look forward to my next visit.
