All was oke good

The airco in de room was noisy

Room was clean, the staff was kind

Breakfast was complete and good. Room was not spacy

Digital payment wasn't possible. Some issue with the machine. That's something you definitely don't expect

We have stayed here several times. There is a nice big park across the street and the location for getting around is good. But this location is bad because there are a few restaurants, drugstores, etc. I always forget you must bring a three-way plug because the only available outlet is in the bathroom and if you want to charge several phones, it’s a problem. Also, you have to unplug the television if you want to plug in the refrigerator so the electrical outlet situation is horrible. Also, the free Internet here does not function very well.

I had to book this hotel as an emergency. It was exactly as previous reviews. It needs cosmetic improvements mostly in bathrooms, not than clean, some mold in the shower but I felt safe I won’t recommend it.

This property is nearby the mall and you cab try it. the only problem no one speak English.

I have been staying here when I travel to Brazil since 1993 and I love it! Breakfast is amazing, and the staff is wonderful! They are polite, courteous and helpful. Especially Cecilia. She always smiles.

Our two days in Belem staying in the hotel was great it is central to many interesting places. It is safe walking from there to the Teatro. The room is clean with a little sitting area. Nice shower. We could have a late check out before going to the airport. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly.

It is a 3 star hotel so don't expect too much of it.

Hotel honesto, quarto amplo, a instalações são antigas, mas atendem. Não há água ou outro tipo de alimentação no frigobar, tem que comprar lá embaixo. Café da manhã bacana. Pedi que uma amiga subisse pra me ajudar a descer com as malas e não permitiram, mesmo possuindo na porta um aviso de tolerância de 15 minutos para visitas, o que por si só já é bem chato. Mas no geral o hotel é legal e bem localizado.
