Swedish quality and great staff. The restaurant was lovely, we had a three course dinner. Highly recommended.

We spent one night here. The hotel is nicely located just a short walk from the main part of Sigtuna. Everything from the room to breakfast was wonderful. We will be back.

The good: cute and charming, nice rooms with modern bathrooms. Easy to walk to the village, right past a beautiful church ruin. Breakfast is delicious. The bad: no TV in the room, which ended up being fine, I just wish I knew ahead of time.

Very nice hotel, beautiful setting and terrace garden for breakfast and coffee or drinks. Amazing breakfast. Room was small but functional and a nice place to sleep.

It was a great weekend! The hotel has a great atmosphere, unique architecture, and cute rooms (we are thankful to the staff who answered positively our request to have a room with a view) . Having the breakfast in the garden patio was such a poetic start of the day!

We arrived late but were able to check in and get to our comfortable room quickly. We had to leave for the airport early and they put breakfast out which we could bring along. We were happy with the service and the lovely surroundings.

Only in films and books I have seen nicer places to stay. The atmosphere was really nice. This place was not only hotel, it is also meeting place and you walk around here and enjoy the nice atmosphere.Also this place tries not to be too luxury, as a finn I really appreciate it. Everything is nice, practical, clean and works.

If you arrive by bus at the center of Sigtuna, you can walk through the pedestrian old town, stop in to the TI, and then keep going to the hotel which is up a steep hill at the far end of town. Bus 575 brings you closer. The hotel previously was a boarding school and still houses a big library. We had the Rose room, which had rose decor, overlooked a rose garden and in the distance, the lake. There are many public spaces to wander and appreciate the furnishings and art work. Breakfast was very good on the 4th floor. Be aware that the hotel is rather secluded and they didn't have a cold drink or a cup of coffee or tea available in the evening. No TV in the room, which is a plus! No AC, but the window lets in a cool Swedish breeze.

It was comfortable and relaxing

Had we known that there is no television in Rooms we probably would not have booked here. Went for evening walk and because it is very poorly lit at night , we had difficulty finding it again. Very small rooms,would be ok for single person. Not friendly at reception.
