It’s an ok place to stay in. Clean enough and comfortable. Shane heating wasn’t working in the living area as it was particularly cold and no reason to have a TV if it isn’t connected to anything.

We thought Shuttle bus to the airport was included but it was out of the season.

My view was spectacular. My day starts with a lovely lake view. Amenities and it’s proximity to the supermarket was really ideal. In house activities was a plus too!

Property was nice, staff nice and friendly. The area is beautiful, property is close to the train station and the supermarket.

Clean room, kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Convenient location for the area.

It is what it is, a room with a bed and access to kitchen/bathroom shower. It was quiet, checkin was easy and could check in early. No towel. Pillows were, well, cushions. But for a night in rural Sweden it was fine and close to the supermarket and train station.

Ok budget hostel cleanliness of the bed can be improved a lot.. you can't count on the sheet to cover everything

Location is great, especially for northern light viewing. Kitchen is well equipped. Other Facilities are okay.

Abisko is a beautiful park. The staff, especially Lucrezia, were terrific. Helped me out tremendously with great advice, ideas and knowledge of the local area. Thank you!

Nice helpful staff , great location to enjoy northern lights.

This place activities included, which is a plus. Unless you are able to get reservation available at mountain Lodge restaurant one has to cook their food, hence ga ing the super market is very helpful. Walkable from bus station and Abisko Ostra train station. If it's an activity that you book with someone else, make sure to have pick up option from your hotel in Abisko.

The write-up on hotels.com did not make it clear that my double room was in an “apartment” which shared facilities (one toilet and one shower) with 2 other rooms. For the price I paid (£188 for a single night) I had expected significantly more. The bed was not a double bed - it was two singles pushed together with separate mattress pads (which didn’t meet) and single bedspreads. You were also expected to make your own bed. I don’t mind roughing it, but for that kind of price and for it not to have been made clear that the facilities were shared, this is not acceptable.

We enjoyed our time in Abisko and the Guesthouse but if you’re looking for high end sleeping accommodations, easy transportation, restaurants, and privacy.. this is not for you. My husband and I enjoyed our stay but I personally can’t say I would stay there again. But if you just need a spot to sleep, then this is for you! It’s a different kind of experience. Glad I tried it, but wouldn’t do it again.

Pretty much a hostel with private rooms, staff were very friendly and helpful but everything else felt a little bit run down, the pillows are probably 10 years old. Kitchen areas are decent and bathrooms are ok. Decent value for the price but could be a little cheaper

Nice propertyt, near the town supermarket. This is a must during one stays, specially when most restaurants close after the summer season. It is also very close to the lake side if you come to Abisko to catch a glimpse of the Nortern lights where you can just walk over and have one of the best viewing area. The staffs are superb and very helpful. I highly recommend and I will stay here again should I visit Abisko again.
