Perfect stay

Clean and comfortable with a wonderful feeling of history. Excellent shower and very good breakfast.

Frukosten inte samma goda standard som vid mitt tidigare besök. Upplägget av smöret dåligt. (ungefär som i en skolmatsal, kladdig smörkniv).

Jättefint hotell med väldigt bra personal!

The room was specified as sound insulated, but we were disturbed by noise both from the kitchen’s ventilation below and adjacent rooms.

Mycket bra hotell! Sköna sängar, mindre sköna kuddar…, snyggt o väldigt lugn och behaglig miljö, superbra frukost! Bra med parkeringsmöjligheter. Mycket trevlig personal! Att det inte fanns AC på rummet drar ner helhetsbetyget. Kommer gärna tillbaka!

God placering i Ystad - tæt på den gamle by og let at komme til. Skøn morgenmad. Kunne godt bruge et køleskab på værelset til køling af drikkevarer, når temperaturen udenfor er meget høj. Også selvom man frit kan hente koldt vand på gangen.

Breadselection at breakfast could be better. Fresh baked bread would be appreciated. Also that bread is ready 6.30 if breakfast start at 6.30

Helpful and friendly staff, and everything in very nice condition. The restaurant had a small menu, but very good food.

Ett utmärkt länge, nära till hamnen. Rummet hade mycket dåliga sängar, varmt . Resturangen hade mycket god mat och trevlig personal.

Frukosten kan alltid bli bättre, vi har bott på många hotell genom åren och har således många att jämföra med. Fö ett bra hotell, lite dyrt kanska som vanligt idag.

Much too expensive for what was included; for instance tea and coffee was not available in the room and one had to pay for it (except during breakfast). A gym was available but not inside the hotel, but about 400 meters away. Also the room wasn’t quiet; one could hear the neighbours talk and there was a fan that could not be turned off. The staff was very nice, but I will not be returning to this hotel.

Great location and the building is a classic hotel of the 1920s.

I had a pleasant stay at this charming hotel, which is centrally located in Ystad. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. While the rooms could benefit from a bit of refreshing, overall, I had a very positive experience.

In the bath tub we missed the safety handle to enter and exit. It is importent for elderly people to access safely. All other services were top!
