Sorry we have been coming to this hotel for years and normally have very little issues. This time wow where do i start. 2 floors below were being. Completely refurbished, ceiling, windows, floors, doors the whole lot. Starting 7.30 - 8am to late afternoon, including a crane outside our window hoisting supplies. Only time work stopped was Sat/Sun. We were not told of any works, would have booked elsewhere (would not have booked the sister Hotel in the city due to noises there on prev occassion). Hotel offered 25% discount, but thought was an insult. They did not tell us of any planned work and I felt minumum 50% was more appropriate. I have since been ill so still not resolved. Feel like the minimu they should have informed us prior to arrival and prior to us unpacking. Ruined what should have been a celebration of a new life to the world and catching up with family after not being able to travel for 2 years!!!

This was a great place to stay. Could walk into Linköping from there on the bike and walking path. The room was nice and the place was very safe feeling. However, we ended up getting a $40 parking ticket because we parked in the wrong lot. Coming in at night we didn’t see the sign to the hotel lot and even though they gave us a parking permit to keep in the car, there was no mention of where we should park with the permit and we missed the movable sign outside. When I messaged the company (there is no one onsite) I got no response. Still 3 days later no response from them.

Use this if you are driving around Sweden. Otherwise, it's far away from everything in Linkopping. The place itself is nicely equipped with a kitchenette. It's roomy, clean, and comfortable. Parking is available, close (but not *right next to*) the hotel - a very short walk.

I had a really great time staying here. Loved the size of the room and the kitchen was great. Well equipped and modern. The view was great too.

Convenient and good price point. It is located on a more industrial property with rail next door. Not noisy. Nice view.

Bare bones. Unmanned (no one is there to help. ) hotel. Barest bones hotel I have ever experienced. Dependable.

Comfortable with great views over Linköping. A short walk to the city centre. A Breakfast bag is delivered to your door - ok but not amazing.

Very nice apartment with a good gym in close connection although it’s for a small fee.

Although we were late check in, but they provided the excellent instructions. The room was clean and wide.

Reception closed 18 PM but we got instructions how to get our key via email which made a late check-in possible. Clean and spacious room with a kitchenette which was very convenient. Pretty good breakfast. The one huge downside was that it was utterly freezing in the room, and it was july.

Next to our client, but not in the middle of the center. Nice, new age, own kitchen.

The hotel is very well located 10 minutes walk from city and just 5 minutes walk from train and bus stations. Staff were lovely. Breakfast is very basic but ok for me since it's a business trip, nothing I would fancy to take the family to, although the apartment is spacoiues and very suitable for a small family. But cleanliness was on the down side, Oily side boards and wierd dirt on the wall beside the bed.
