Beds were badly wore out and made a lot of noise whenever you move around in them, mattresses were uncomfortable. They only give the room 1 very tiny bar of soap that barely lasts 1 shower. I stayed previously and conditions were better 2 years earlier.

The staff were pleasant and efficient. The hotel is a convenient location. The other guests were very inconsideration. Awoken at 4 a.m. by a woman banging on the door of the adjacent room screaming to be let in. The area around the hotel has open drug use, homeless rooting through dumpsters and other signs of poverty/petty crime.

I hardly ever give 5/5. Instead, I give 4/5 when it is good. It is just my personality, please do not get me wrong for the 4/5 ones.

I check in May 8 to May 10 at room 110 when I Check out the lady in front Desk East Indian lady charge me for the slit window screen that I didn’t do I don’t even open my window curtain because I stay on the first floor so I was really frustrated and upset with that because I got charged for the damage I don’t even do and know about, and the East Indian lady is so over acting that have to call the RCMP and say that I’am making a scene and disturbing other guest of the hotel , off course I will get upset if you will get charged for something you didn’t do and know about

My stay was horrible .. drugs all over the building I had to leave , I could not sleep as both rooms NEXT to me were super loud. And the owner brushed it off . I got locked out the first night & had to call 911 as all of our belongings were stuck in there and I could not get in. I also lost some of my kids stuff and some of my own very sentimental stuff in my life. Over all poor service. Do not consider to anybody. Byev

I wouldn’t recommend anyone too stay there. You pay damage deposit. He will try. Find anyway too keep it. Not the first time. He did that too others No security at night. Parties. All hours of the night

Staff was awesome environment was horrible. Noisy drug deals go on staff is scared to deal with them bed is old spring uncomfortable crap. But all night can hear people knocking on their doors loud music running in hallway. Do Not Stay here
