Staff ok. Room ok

I love Manning Park because of the location - but this resort needs some updating and streamlining. Rooms are dated and the front desk and pub are understaffed. The prices reflect demand but definitely not value.

Everything was excellent!!!

The mini-suite was perfect for our stay. Kitchenette and dining table allowed us to have meals in. Alcove with lovesea, easy chair, coffee table and large flat screen TV gave us space to read and watch the news. My husband appreciated having a desk to set up his laptop.

Rooms were clean and spacious, amenities were easily accessible.

Great location. Friendly staff. Reasonable room for price but it's not for a high maintenance traveler

The hide a bed was broken. And we needed all three beds. The pullout hide a bed and the other two.

Nice place. Comfy beds and love the little pub.

Overall we were very disappointed with the stay at the resort. The main highway was closed but instead of cancelling we decided to go the long route. When we arrived at 530 pm our cabin didn'thavr power. We asked to be moved to another room but the front desk said we had to wait. We waited until 1130 pm and still had no power. The resort didn't check on us or offer any alternatives. We called the front desk multiple times but no one answered. We finally got a hold of someone at the front desk and they agreed to move us into another cabin at around 1130 pm. It's understandable that there were issues with the party but they didn't offer us anything and we waited over 6 hours.

Amazing

Toilet made loud sucking sound all night every hour or ao and woke me up repeatedly. Not sure what the plumbing issue was. Other than that room seemed ok.

The room was clean, but had an odor. We did bought our dogs with us and requested a pet friendly room, so I can understand where the odor came from. The bar was a nice option for dinner plan, specifically if you don’t have kids travelling with you. The breakfast was alright, and the toast was a bit freezer burn.

Just okay.... Front desk was not as friendly as other hotels

Great mini vacation away from the city! Great base for outdoor activities. Cabin had all I needed for a "simple life". The store had a good variety of basics (though I brought most of what I needed), and the restaurant is a good amenity. Will definitely recommend!

Great spot

The staff were amazing, the bathroom was spotless, even the shower curtain, which many people forget, was immaculate. The food in the pub was wonderful... I loved the games at the hostel... everything was wonderful, clean, and the scenery was wild and beautiful.

Fantastic staff. Very clean. Spacious room. Lovely lodge and amenities. Pool Hit run steam room sauna. All spotless.

Perfect spot to spend time with children and grandkids.
