The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the bedding good quality.
With this location and price point, obviously it's not the Hilton. But it's a solid, family run business that offers a good place to sleep.
Parking is in a u shape around the front of the hotel. Our room was in the back, so there was a bit of a hike to move stuff into and out of the room. If you're on the upper floor as far as I can tell there's no alternative to taking things up and down the uncovered outdoor stairs, so be prepared for that.
If you have mobility issues I would request a first floor room. The front rooms on the first floor are the most convenient, but also the most exposed to traffic noise. Figure out your priority, and make your requests accordingly.
