Terrible. Would not recommend. Booked a deluxe 2 bedroom they gave us a 1 bedroom told me that is what I booked I have the reservation details in front of me and it clearly says 2 bedroom deluxe villa. The manager talked over me and was not very nice. I would not stay at this hotel

Beautiful view. Peaceful and quiet. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

The property was lovely, but the staff were unreachable and did not respond to messages.

Doesn’t have beach view but parking is safe

Views were beautiful from every cottage and lodge room. Hot jets were great pool was small but refreshing and pool area was clean

It’s always a pleasure to stay at Mayne Island Resort the view the people and the facilities are amazing. Very family oriented.

Property was welcoming to pets. We were able to have a late check out, that was very much appreciated.

The call centre number was not updated and the front desk of the resort didnt answer there phone. We were told there was a dock (we came by boat) and live music that began at 7 - the pub was closed since last summer. The internet didnt work, and the info book that was in our room said there was a grab and go breakfast nook that was open from 7am-3pm - it was not open. All of this being said it could have all been avoided if it gave dates of the off season and when the peak season began. I hope the best for this place.

Beautiful property. Lots of opportunity here for new(er) owners. Wifi did not work on Sunday, no food on site and hot tub was dirty, which took away from 5* property. We’d like to visit again in summer as the location is fantastic. No restaurant on site either although great options 3 minute drive away.

Proactive communication over phone and email, gorgeous location, nice room. Cafe was excellent. Note that room size is quite small, and services like garbage removal or access to kettles in the room need to be requested at front desk.
