Cute motel. Very clean. Dog friendly.

Comfortable bed.

Reception was prompt and helpful.

A somewhat older facility but very well looked after.

There was a language problem but we worked through it.

1. The room was not as shown 2. The AC spew dirty water covering the vanity sink, fridge, floor and our hanging cloth 3. There was two of us but only towels for one person. 4. No toilet paper or Kleenex

Cabins are clean, spacious for small and the staff was great!

Pros: Stunning view on the trees and river behind the cabin, warm and cosy atmosphere created by the wood construction, had everything needed Cons: Half fallen and dangerous patio wich is also the entrace and really expensive for what it worths. Would have estimated it to 100$ CAD/night.

No breakfast small old room was just blah the phone was about 40 years old

Very much enjoyed out stay. Very clean and quiet. Staff was friendly, recommended nearby locations to eat. Perfect for what we needed.

Room were very clean. I was disappointed that there was no free WIFI in the chalet.

Rooms were nicely appointed and very quiet. Cute campground behind. Wish there was tea as a choice in the room and the hours of the office / common room seemed short (not open at 8am)

This Motel is awesome for a good stay. Quality / Price = Good for a budget. Very clean.

Loved it very clean

The chalet was very cozy, very clean with full kitchen and nice deck. Great location 10 min from restaurants and shopping, and easy to get to Quebec City and chutes de Montmorency. Very quiet, beautiful and pet friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

We got to the motel around 4pm . Check in was good but the guy at the front desk said you booked a duplex and I said did I? As long as it was a queen bed that had ask and told him that I didn’t realize that. It wasn’t even at the motel ground but 2 km from there. So we drove there it was an duplex with no parking cuz the peoples renting the other side had 3 pick up trucks. The duplex was old ...smell musty no curtains in kitchen door . So no privacy to go to the bathroom as the bedrooms were upstairs . I look at my reservation online and that guy made me believe I booked this( we r only 2 ) so no way i book this duplex! I had booked a standard room 1 queen bed so we headed back to the hotel . The guy told me that nothing was available. He blamed Expedia for the reservation...told him never had a problem before?!!! So we couldn’t get our money back so decided to stay at that duplex . The top bed blanket was old and stain ...so didn’t sleep with that on the bed ...lamp shade was broken I had a chair for a night stand and extension cord for a plug . Stairs and floor creeks . We had to leave the key to the place on the table without locking it ....if something was missing not my fault. We stay in Levi’s at least twice a year so Will never recommend or stay there again .

The little chalet had the most beautiful view of the woods and river! A little expensive, but I wish I could stay here a week.

Great place for an overnight stay. Everything was as described. Room is small but clean and well appointed.

Just an overnight in one of the chalets. It was exactly what we needed and everything worked well. Beds were comfortable. The only challenge were the interior doors, which are pocket sliders. These needed some coaxing but certainly didn't spoil the stay
