i booked a room for my worker to check in the other night. I was sure to pay ahead of time because I knew he didn’t have a card.when he got there they wouldn’t allow him to check in because he didn’t have a credit card. Even though the room was fully paid for already. Also would not take a credit card over the phone or cash for the damage deposit. Hotel won’t respond to my emails about this matter. My worker went down the road to another hotel and got a room paying cash.
