Very tired facility….needs upgrades and good cleaning. Mildew all over the bathroom…disgusting!

They refused to allow me to take my bicycle into the room, I had to stick it in some broom closet with no lighting and leave it there with all my stuff.

Location is great as the property is 16mins drive to the Premium outlet store if youre planning to shop. I’m giving an average review because of the strong smell of chlorine/cleaning chemical used to clean the room and hallway. It stays unless you put some fragrant candles. Washroom is too small but decent and it has its leak odor, probably because the sink drain has no cover.

La personne à l'accueil était très gentille. La chambre était grande et les lits confortables, mais le ménage était un peu négligé.

The room is large but as we got settled, we realized the TV is broken, there is no soap, and we didn’t get the wifi password (and it’s not in the room). Not the best of stays….On a positive note, we appreciated the numerous fluffy pillows, the view of the garden, and the staff was nice.

Staff and cleanliness

Tout est très propre super accueil!!! Hôtel près des restaurants tout est ok !!!!

The only good thing was the location, close to hospital which was the reason for my visit. It was cheap but uncared for. No plug for night lamp or phone at the night stand. Unlocked backdoor was convenient but unsafe. Not even a coffee station in the room. Rude staff.

Property is pretty old.

Staff repeated himself 3 time

Our room was clean but the beds were terribly uncomfortable and hard. There are holes in the wall and bed frames are makeshift. Only 2 towels provided for a family of 4.

Decent property for one night stays

We've been before and it was fine. This time we couldn't get the tv to work. The lady on days was helpfull and we got the tv to work. We however didn't get the sound working and didn't realize it till there was a new person at the desk and the day lady had gone. The evening lady said she would tell her boss as he was coming in shortly. No one ever came and we never got the tv problem solved.
