Great price, comfortable bed

I was not told that we would have a room in the basement and we are 4 people in our 80s. Had to lug our big suitcases down the stairs and back up. I had asked for 2 queen bed we got a room with 3 double beds, very cold in the room, went to.the desk and she said she was new and did not know how to fix it. Finally found thermostat high behind a door. The stairs on front steps tearing so dangerous and no ice to be found.

Clean, quiet, comfy. I highly recommend!

Because of COVID-19 the breakfast was at room. There is a very generous and great breakfast.

What a cute little inn on the river side. Lovely and large room for my family with a modest playground in a quiet pleasant setting. Absotulely great place!

The worst place to stay. Booked a room for a week. But could only stay for 5 days because during that time my room has never been cleaned even once, customer service was awful, reception who is supposed to be available at all time was impossible to find. I informed them I was moving out and they promised not to charge me for the remaining 2 days because I was moving out earlier due to their lack of professionalism and inability to follow simple cleanliness standards, which everyone is entitled to, especially in a hotel. In addition, they misinformed me that it was a pre-paid transaction, although during booking I specifically made sure it was "pay at hotel" option. I got my bank statement and of course they charged me for an extra day even though the clerk promised me they wouldn't. I contacted them to clarify the situation and all of a sudden there was a policy of 24 hour cancellation notice in place. That's how they explained that they charged me extra night which I spent in a different hotel, by the way. And of course the invoice they said would be emailed to me right away, never was. Only after contacting them again I received it after more than a week. It's a short version of everything that happened, but with all honesty, spare yourself some nerves and STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I moved out as soon as the hotel close by had rooms available and was happy I did. I never leave reviews but this time I felt it was my civil duty, so noone else suffers like me.

Our room was small and very simply furnished with older mismatched pieces. Linens were good. It was hot and their was no individual control for the ac. Easily over 80 in our room. Fridge was very dirty, had to ask for a hair dryer, staff was indifferent at best. We had a nice dinner outside with items we purchased from the grocery but the kitchen wasn’t open for dinner. Would not recommend.

The hot tub was nice after a day of cycling.It was a little bit further out of town and we had to taxi in to get dinner

This hotel is located on the shore of the lake. It is okay. The breakfast was adequate at best. The room was quite clean and the bed was fine.

Check in was easy ( no problems with my english language in a very French aria.) Very courteous and spoke perfect English when Needed.

A bit disapponted with the price of this room considering the location in the Auberge! It looks like it was unfinish! The breakfast was excellent and they have a very nice and quiet dining and breakfast area!

Désirant visiter le zoo de Saint Félicien, cet hôtel était bien situé. Il faudrait que les propriétaires fassent un effort pour moderniser le site et proposer un petit déjeuner plus varié d'autant que la région propose des produits agricoles. A noter qu'il n'y a pas eu de service de ménage dans la chambre durant nos trois jours d'occupation.

Très bon séjour dans une auberge qui a une magnifique terrasse sur le lac. le petit déjeuner était très bon. Dommage les chambres sont un peu vieillotes (lit petit pour 2) mais l'ensemble s'est parfaitement déroulé, je le recommande!
