Bed had stain on it, food left in fridge from last guest.

Clean room but only bathroom ventilation was by an open window by the bath / shower to the carpark. Wet spot inside the entrance, probably due to wet luggage from previous tenant, but never cleaned.

They had a room when we needed one and the town was gridlocked by the only road to Nanaimo being closed. It was all that was needed ion not what we would book for several nights if planned ahead. We are grateful they were there for us wen needed, and just after having some technical issues with their water supply earlier the same day.

Hotel room was clean, but very dated. It had a damp wood smell. The staff was very friendly.

The rooms are older and ours smelled musty- likely from the carpet. The mattress was saggy but not too uncomfortable. The room was reasonably clean; it’s not easy to make an old room look really clean. We were on the ground floor so had sliding glass doors to outside which was nice. However, the area outside was very unkempt- old rickety table and old chairs as well as generally not kept up. The motel is on the highway but was quieter than we expected.

Our room had two queen beds, nice size. Everything was great.

Comfortable, clean beds, simple cooking facilities, great restaurant on site & easy journey to local places of interest. The motel is a little older than many, but serviceable & clean.

Clean room, friendly service, and a fair price. Free parking is available. The room had comfy beds, a fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. The bathroom was clean with no mold, plus a hairdryer and plenty of towels. Can’t say about the food since we only stayed overnight.

room inside was clean and staff were helpful. But rooms are not the best location. Rooms are located next to the campground dumpsters, outdoor smells terrible and lots of garbage mosquitoes in the room.

Cost effective accommodation. Clean. Very helpful staff. Used as a quick overnight before a kayaking trip out of Secret Beach.

Great rooms. Nice and clean. I will definitely be staying there again, anytime.

Fridge wasn't working so our milk and other groceries went off, no cutlery, plates in the room, no kettle, shower tap was very stiff and felt like might rip off the wall, digital clock was too large and bright and kept us awake. Would be nice to have some complementary items like water, tea bags etc. carpet was gross, never been cleaned.
