Fast check-in. This motel needs make over. The room was nothing like in the pictures.The bathroom was not cleaned very well. The hairdryer didn’t work and I wasn’t able to use my own. There was no socket to plug in the bedside lamp. The furniture and bedding was old. This motel needs a makeover. I would not stay there again. I would not recommend this motel.

Great deal for the money

Air conditioning didn't work and no screens in windows. Water stains on ceiling tiles as well as broken ceiling tile. Multiple large stains on carpet. Dirty bathroom floor and walls. Fridge not clean and frost buildup in freezer. However beds were comfortable and bedding was clean and fresh smelling.

Rooms are dirty and it's far from amenities and services. Not worth the paid rate!!

The staff member working at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Impressed with her service. When I got to the room, I spent some time determining whether it was clean or not because there were so many scuff and chips in the paint on the walls and fixtures that they looked dirty. The lampshade in the room was vile - dirty with a big hole in it. The main fixtures were clean but it ended there. The ceiling and light fixture were coated with cobwebs and even had dead spiders in them. There were Asian beetles in the room buzzing around as well. It seemed like no one had been in there for some time. I couldn't use the ceiling fan as it was coated in dust - you could see it on the edge of the blades. The doors and windows didn't seem to tightly close as you could hear significant noise from outside the room. This made me feel very unsafe. There was no central smoke detector system, just a detector in the room and a pull alarm. There was also only a partial roll of toilet paper with no extra. I did not book expecting luxury. There were very few alternate accommodations in the city for those two days so I selected it expecting clean and safe. It disappointed on both fronts. A fresh lampshade, a swiffer duster, and a can of paint would have gone a long way in this room.

Clean rooms, fridge, microwave, included. Friendly staff and accommodating. We didn’t use the outdoor pool but others did. Close to the highway but not much around.

Great, economical place to spend the night on our trip in Quebec. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. All we needed for an over night stay. If you need a place to sleep for a night on a budget, this is a great option.

Cob webs in cirners. Not really close yo any places to eat

We stayed in the standard double room (lower ground level). Spacious room, very comfortable beds. Amenities included mini fridge and microwave but there was no coffee machine. Toiletries included with a nice big bathroom. Stayed just one night so unable to comment on cleanliness/hygiene maintenance for longer stays.

The room smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The facility was very dated but otherwise clean. Owner very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was ok. It is a bit expensive in terms of quality /price. The lady who was the owner of the hotel paid attention to our needs. Rooms are too small and even sink is not in the bathroom. Hotel was ok but expensive in terms of what they provide.

The hotel was a bit on the scuzzy side. The owner/manager was very nice and gave us a great dinner location suggestion. She also helped another customer without a vehicle get to the bus stop. We stayed two nights because we could not find another place. Room was not cleaned while we were out on the middle day.

Bonjour Au départ j’ai réservé pour une chambre 2 lits double et quand nous sommes arrivés ,la propriétaire du motel est arrivé au comptoir et nous a dit que elle n’avais pas de chambre avec lit double nous n’avions pas ce que nous avons demander elle propose une chambre avec une plus petite chambre.. elle a tenter de monter son prix vue que nous étions 3 …Il se pourrais que vous obtenez pas l’exactitude de se que vous demandez,c’est idéal pour les travailleurs. La chambre est pas fameuses et ce n’était pas propre

Alejado del centro de Sherbrooke. No hay nada cerca donde tomar desayuno. En el web dice 5 km del centro y no es cierto. El cuarto pequeño pero limpio, zona muy tranquila y silenciosa, se puede dormir bien.

The room was very clean, very small but very economical. I didn’t need to spend much time there except to sleep and shower, so it was perfect. The hostess was super friendly and helpful. It’s not fancy, but it was extremely practical and the price was right.

Beds were like marble slabs but having parking close to our door was fantastic as we were only there to sleep and get back on the road!
