Clean always my priority. The attached restaurant is good and a reasonable price. Also the cold breakfast buffet at $5 is definitely worth it. I think the building is older as the room was small and the bathroom is tiny but it is functional and again clean. The lady that checked me in was nice and had info for me. Check out was efficient. Free onsite parking which can be a challenge at some locations so that was good. Overall a good value

The staff were very helpful and pleasant and the room was fine but it is in a residential area with little around by way of bars or other restaurants without driving….walking is not easy!

My wife and I didn't make it to the hotel until after midnight. I felt bad that the hotel tried to reach out to me beforehand, to know what time I may arrive, but I was in the mountains and didn't see the message until we arrived at the hotel. The man was waiting for us...asleep on the couch behind his desk. He woke up and greeted us with a smile and was very friendly; he was clearly exhausted but showed no sign of annoyance or frustration with us. This is clearly a family-run business, and they do a fabulous job with it. It was almost as if he was just glad we made it there safely. After we checked in, he told us to have a good night and laid back down on the couch behind the lobby desk. The next morning, we checked out with ease and we're treated greatly by the woman at the desk. This was a great hotel experience.

Nice hotel to stay in San Marino with no extra frills. About 4 min drive from the cable car that takes you to the top of the country.

Easy to find, check in provided in advance online - very easy. Slightly jaded decor but nothing awful. Very pleasant staff. Nice evening meals if rather expensive. Easy parking, easy to get to all directions. I down mark because I hate not having a bath - I just feel unclean in a shower - but it was an ample sized shower but tray was spiked and difficult for standing.

The hotel was a little further from the centre than we expected, but fortunately we had a car. Parking in front of the hotel was extremely convenient. There were no pavements around the area, so walking was very difficult. I believe the bus passes by though. Parking in the city was exceptionally well managed. We drove towards the centre and were directed to a carpark which had lifts up to San Marino old town. The carpark beside the the cablecar was full, so instead we took the cablecar from the old town down and back. The reception staff are very helpful and speak good English. The rooms are a bit tired and they are renovating them. This makes it difficult to keep them very clean due to both age and dust from the renovation on our floor. We appreciated having a refrigerator in the room and the air con was excellent. There is a restaurant on the ground level which was good. We also went to a Japanese restaurant, one building up the hill from Hotel Rossi, and it was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay, but it will be much better when the renovations are completed

Clean and quiet rooms, with friendly staff and good parking conditions in front of the hotel. The possibility to enjoy dinner in the restaurant was very nice and uncomplicated. Only the salty-part of the breakfast-buffet could be a little bit richer.

The hotel was fine for the price. The staff was courteous and check-in was quick. The room was clean and quiet. They had free parking in the lot in front of the hotel.

Extremely nice staff, good buffet breakfast and on site restaurant had great service and reasonably priced food. Hallway smelled of cigaretter smoke and room had some mold on the wall and a variety of flying insects, perhaps from a window having been open prior to our arrival but we bought bug spray and all was good. Plenty of shampoos and soaps provided, comfortable room, ample parking after a party on site was over (our rental car was hit and run), and good location for driving. Once again, service is excellent and friendly at this property.

Hotel is a bit older, the stay was pleasant and the staff was helpful and courteous.

I wish I had more good things to say about this place, but other then the breakfast which was good and the staff being nice, the purpose of a hotel room is to sleep comfortably and recover, especially when one is traveling. However, much to our disappointment and disgust, after having arrived at midnight we were faced with a bug infested room. Not sure what species of bugs there were, but they resided everywhere from the walls to the pillows and in between sheets. No way were we going to sleep in that room in those conditions. Luckily they had one more room available and we were able to switch, but at that point, we were already paranoid...

The hotel denotes is age but luckily the rooms have been recently renovated. They are comfortable and of decent size. Wifi has a good coverage and the breakfast is decent (quality, quantity and diversity). Staff is very friendly. Sufficient parking in the hotel.

The staff is really nice and helpful. It had a good restaurant on the ground floor. The hotel itself and room was old and tired needing a renovation. TV and some other things were connected with extension cord, bed was moved to left to fit some other stuff to the room, but the bed lamps stayed where they were. One was in the middle of the bed and the other was far away etc. Stuff like that :D

Clean and simple accommodation with a friendly reception. The location is far away from most things and in the middle of a large road, so a car is needed.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are clean, staff are kind and the restaurant has great food and a pizzeria. The hotel was easy to find as it is right off of the main road and it's just a few minutes drive up to the heart of San Marino (not walkable). The hostess gave us a discount card for parking and the sites and it saves us a few dollars. The only "complaint" that I could give, was that the bed was VERY firm. We'd go back to this hotel for sure.
