Dirty and broken

While the motel accept pets, we were billed an additional $25 at check in for our fogs and cats, and then at check out another $10 because they claimed not to be aware of the cats when billing us extra the first time. We arrived early (1:20) to our 2:00 check in, and the staff at the desk rudely told us our confirmation is incorrect and check in is actually at 4. In general the staff at the check in were quite rude l, the cleaning staff and the night time attendant at the desk were friendly. The room was the bare minimum, with uncomfortable blankets and a leaking shower. We had all we needed but nothing more. The kitchen near reception made the stay more pleasant as we were able to cook food for ourselves.

The spa was not up and running, parking area was unkempt, and surrounded area the same ,no garden as described in Expedia add.over all had a good stay .price was good And room was large and clean .

The place is a bit dated, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Daily housekeeping consisted of towel replacement and soaps. The location is quiet, and close to some restaurants and grocery stores

The motel provided a common kitchen for use by the guests, fully equipped to make a descent meal with free coffee and beverages. An accommodation choice for future visits to the Ottawa area.

La TV ne fonctionnais pas l'annonce dit qu'il y as un Spa il y en as pas l'affiché dehors dit aussi déjeuné continental faut seulement du café le matin très déçu le lit pas confortable ça vaut pas le prix demandé même si le prix semble bas a 140.00 par nuit selon mon classement 2 étoiles et demie La seul chose positive des restaurants a proximité

There were people right outside our doors that kept on talking from the time we arrived and went on all night long.

Was comfortable and clean. Can tell is an older motel, price definitely relflects.
