Premièrement offrir vos évaluations en français vous auriez surement plus de participation. Hotel vraiment vieux qui a besoin de rénovation. La plomberie laisse à désirer, il y a même une affiche dans les toilettes disant de ne pas jeter le papier de toilette dans les toilettes......les robinets du lavabo sont défectueux, la porte patio est mal insonorisé, on entend la circulation sans cesse et de plus elle est très abimé

Very good place

Cleaning staff were excellent. How they keep that place clean is a miracle. Decor is early 1970's or is that 1870's. Bed and bathroom were fair. A picture may worth a thousand words but they hide a thousand faults. This building should be condemned. Won't be back.

Over all our experience was fair. Room, and services was good; staff were cooperative. The issues we faced were the entrance from parking lot had a very strong smoking smell as if people smoking just next to the door. Bathroom was leaking from the roof and flush was frequently malfunctioning. Heater was very good, tea/coffee was amazing in the morning, toaster and microwave facility downstairs was good to have as we went with kids. Many restaurants were within 1 km away, gas station just next door.

The room wasn't ready at 7pm check in. The toilet wasn't working properly. Parking lot covered in thick ice.

Basic, clean accommodation. Nothing fancy but good for the money. Our room was facing the little courtyard terrace so very quiet. Free parking, perfect location for us as we were visiting friends closeby. Very close to Laval.
