I stayed here for a total of 2 weeks separated into 2 blocks for the conclusion of my work project in Cheticamp. The cottage is very cozy the bed is that perfect level of comfort. It is a cottage so expect to encounter flies from time to time; that's just par for the course. Angela the owner is a very kind person and great to chat with! Highly recommend visiting the local Coop and snagging a mini propane cylinder and some grilling meat and enjoy your evenings on the front porch grilling up a delicious feast along with a cold one!

Beautiful location, quiet and peaceful. The cottage is clean and equipped with everything you need. The owner is very friendly.

The cedar cottage was just the right size for the 2 of us. Had a full fridge which was nice. The porch was great for having coffee and reading. It was quiet with a nice view of the mountain.

I enjoyed my stay at Cajun Cabins . The cabins are spotless, convenient to access and park. Angela , the owner /operator , is wonderful , efficient , and very accommodating to her guests ! Will definitely return and highly recommend her business.

5 night stay was good. Place was convenient and price was right. Very helpful management. Only disappointment was the air conditioner was not good enough for space. It was in the high 80s. Very warm at night.

The cabin was great. It was a great place to send some quiet time relaxing. It was clean and had laundry on site. Would recommend.

Right on the Trail. Go east or west for great day trips.

Great, clean, well appointed cabins in beautiful area. Very close to all amenities. Highly recmmend.

First the positive - great location, quiet, clean and the manager (Angela) was very accommodating and friendly. On the improvement front, the amenities aren't great (kitchen stove barely worked, WIFI was completely unusable and too slow to do anything, bed was very uncomfortable). For the price, we were expecting a bit more.

Nice cabin, ac didn't help much with the heat. Power outage made it even warmer. Conveniently located on the Cabot Trail.

Almost an ideal place. Clean, amazing surrounding, close to ocean. I wish the service would be a little bit friendlier, but it might be a local character.

I had an amazing stay at cajun cedar log cottages, the place was extremely clean and comfortable. The manager Angela was very accomidating ensuring I had all that I needed, I see that she works very hard at her job, and has great pride in what she does. When I go back to Cape Breton I wil be sure to stay at one of these cottages again. I work very hard and can appreciate and respect someone who does the same. Great pillows, comfortable bed. Kitchen was well set up.Great eating on the porch after grilling dinner. Quiet everyone was respectful of cabins close to each other. Just down right peaceful enjoyed watching the sunset and listening to the geese.

Comfortable, clean, and cosy accommodations. We enjoyed every minute!
