Easy to find, car essential, close to everything

First I have to say we have stayed here a few times now and the staff are so friendly and accommodating, definitely 5 stars for them. We took advantage of the free mini golf included with the room. You can tell that the Motel is slowly making upgrades to certain things, like outdoor seating/ BBQ area which was nice. I have to say though that although our bedding was clean, our room lacked cleanliness, there is definitely a need to improve on that. Our room unfortunately smelt like stale smoke and dampness, we came home with everything smelling. They say no smoking in the rooms but unfortunately people were. Also there were people above us in the back of the building with music blaring until 2 in the morning. At this time we are unfortunately going to be looking for another Motel to stay in on our next trip. Hopefully things will get better with the Motel and we may consider checking it out again at a later date.

Property was clean, room was small but sufficient. I would stay there again.

The property is dated and somewhat run down. There was orange gunk growing in the washroom. The mattresses are lumpy and thin. Think "$99 WalMart special". I have rarely been less comfortable at a hotel. The mini golf next door plays loud music all day and until after 10PM on Friday and Saturday. There are not enough outlets in the room. Check in and out were smooth.

Our room smelled of dog. The property does accept dogs I believe, so that would explain it. Thankfully it aired out fairly quickly. The front staff were apologetic about the smell and would have helped out if they were able. Both ladies I spoke to were very nice. The location was fairly quite considering its on a main road. No screens on the windows. The detergent or dryer sheets they use are fairly strong smelling so if you have sensitivity to smells or asthma it may be an issue. It's and older hotel thats had a bit of a face-lift. Clean enough that I'd stay again.

There was no ice machine and had to walk across the street to another hotel to get ice.

The room was clean and enjoyed a comfortable bed for the night! Very friendly staff! :) Would stay again!
