The room was excellent as usual the only problem I had with the stay is that nobody reached out to me to give me instructions on how to get my room key after hours and the bath mat for the tub needed to be replaced it felt like I was standing on a porcupine

Room key was not in box and had to wait outside for 20 minutes for staff. No plugs for devices; coffee pot and kettle were dirty and could use an extension cord for safety as plug was behind dresser drawer. The heat did not work (Apparently it is connected to other room units) it is conveniently located. Parking was good. Room was small

Spotless room with great decor. Incredible view of the sea from the balcony. Desk with all the plug-ins you need. Super bathroom. Minutes from the ferry. Easy access to the key box. Great restaurant downstairs. Handy descrptions for nearby eateries.

Great views from the room. Nice kitchen, well appointed. Loved the bath and fireplace. Needed instructions to use the fireplace because the knobs were hidden behind the bottom grid. The bedroom carpet needs a shampoo. There were stains on it. Otherwise the place is pristine.

The room was dusty and filled with flies. It was the largest room they had but needed a serious cleaning. Items are old, bed is old and uncomfortable. I will not stay here again.

The suite is clean and includes a fully equipped kitchen which is very convenient- I'd definitely recommend.

Our suite had a lovely view of the ocean & the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was very convenient and there are great places to eat all around

We always enjoy staying here and come back every summer to watch the whales from the deck.

I didn't know they made bars of soap that small.
