Auberge Québec un endroit très calme et propre. Bien situé (au cœur de la ville de Québec); et avec du personnel très accueillant.

This is a very old hotel. Like an ancient hotel. But it was well maintained and clean. The location was very good and accessible.

Stayed there for a night in a double-bed room. Everything was comfortable. The only thing they can improve is the complimentary fruits they offer in the morning were not fresh.

Nice stay, quiet compared to the hotel next door that seemed to have 3 hockey teams (it was VERY noisy outside their front door). Kindly note they do NOT accept mastercard-debit or visa-debit cards

Stay overall was okay. Staff were really helpful, but rooms need serious renovations. Sofa bed had a weird smell, which really made it difficult to stand next to it and the smell was noticeable while entering the room. Bed was good, and bathroom was clean. Some cleaning, and renovations can help get better reviews.

Il y a toujours un clochard dans les couloirs près des chambres mezzanine. Même après avoir avisé la réception il est là tout les soirs. Un peu désagréable de se faire regarder chaque fois que je monte à ma chambre. ( décembre, mars et mai) 3 visites toujours même personne assis dans les marches.

very basic hotel , it does the job but no more

We booked last minute for the winter carnival and there were only very few rooms left. The staff was so nice to accommodate us upon checking in. She asked us which floor we want. But when we realized that the room that was initially given was far from the hotel entrance, she was so nice to gave us another room. Breakfast is not included. However, they give free coffee and some fruits and drinks in the morning!

Room was clean when we arrived and warm. Loved the loft bedroom. Only thing we noticed was our door to the balcony wouldn't lock but being on the 2nd floor, it wasn't an issue for us. Staff was courteous and friendly as well as helpful. Will be staying there again if we visit Quebec City again.

Perfect charming spot!!!! Definitely eill be my go to place!
