Le tapis fait peur, sale , les cleanex usées découvert en voulant brancher le portable.. le coulis craqué de la sale de bain couleur jaune urine... les fameux rafraîchissement dis a chaques jours n'ont pas tous été offert.. ils nous ont fait payer 15$ de plus pour avoir la chambre plus tôt ce qui n'est pas arrivé...Nous étions la pour ma fille transferer par avion dans le coma ... mon gendre arrivé le samedi a du quitter le lendemain parce qu'ils lont retransfer.. ils n'ont pas voulu rembourser la nuit quils n'ont pas pris... le micro onde dans la sale commune... dégueulasse que jai jamais eu l'occasion de le vivre auparavant.. je ne sais pas si ils essaient de recréer la vie avec ca.. 2 étoiles .. c'est beaucoup trop pour ce que ce motel offre....

There was a blood stain on the blanket and we noticed last night,it was gross.

Little outside (not balcony) place with no chairs... Lawn and flowers not taking care of...but everything else inside was ok...for 1 night

This is a budget hotel. Keeping that in mind, know that you will be getting a room that has not been updated in a really long time. The room was clean, but old. Minimal pillows and towels. The outlet situation was very much lacking which is a bit of a problem these days (maybe it wouldn’t have been in 2006, but it is in 2026). The location near a main road and high way is useful. If you are travelling in 2026, just know that there is a huge construction project on the street this hotel is located on. Personally, I would look for other hotels for my next Quebec City stay.

Staff had a hard time checking me in (took 3 people) Room was gross !!! Humid and Stinky !!!! TV Didn't Work Washroom had no Venting & was dirty !!!!!! Coffee was expired and so was the coffee mate !!!

Booked a 320$ a night room, 1)the room was located in the basement 2) A/C was not functioning 3) HEATING could not be turned off. 4) management refused to give full refund , insisted we pay for maid service to make up the bed. We were in the room for 30 minutes maximum before we wanted to check out,( they informed us that there were no available rooms for us to switch to.) 5) the toilet leaked and soaked the floor with every flush. 6) bugs and spiders crawling on the carpet. I understand this review sounds to terrible to be factual, unfortunately it is accurate.

I do not recommend anyone to book this hotel . rooms smell cleaning staff are mess do not clean the rooms properly and neat

The room is clean and the place looks good. I think the carpets need to be removed cause it causing some smell in the place. If you have a car this place will be convenient for you, cause there are plenty of spots to park there. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall it's a good place to stay in.

Everything was perfect but they should have A kitchen inside the hotel that could be better

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Layout of hotel is unique staggered floors no elevator so you are doing stairs with your luggage. Room had a balcony. Balcony door did not lock. Room door lock was loose but closed and locked.

Peinture écale sur tout le balcon, infiltration d eau, lit non confortable, on se retrouvait au milieu. Manque d entretiens globalement
