The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of home made items. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful older property well maintained. Great local selections for breakfast. Owner takes time to chat.

Our stay at Auberge La Chatelaine was wonderful. Laurent is a very friendly and engaging host, helping us with our bags and providing good advice on places of interest, restaurants etc. The room we had is well designed and tastefully furnished with very comfortable beds. The daily breakfast was also delicious. Overall, we are very happy customers.

Parfaitement situé et les chaises et tables à notre disposition ici et là sur le terrain avec vue sur le fleuve sont un atout majeur. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation et y retournerons pour sur! This house is amazing and we have a wonderful stay here.

Cozy and clean, the only thing was that the tub was a bit old and rusty. Otherwise everyone was perfect.

We had a dormer room with sloped ceiling over the bed. The floor and the bed mattress creaked/groaned; there was too much "stuff" in the room, with too little light. Opening the dormer windows (thankfully with screens) helped and provided a nice view of the river, as well as fresh air (no AC). There was loud music from an entertainment venue nearby on one night. The hosts were very nice and the breakfasts were very good.
